Hiii, boo! 😁 Aww okay, tehe! ☺️ I feel flattered - and I don't mind sharing at all. 🥰☺️

Okay so, uh, where do I start... 😅 I am a confectioner. I work in a bakery (or well, rather in the cake department of the bakery). So, basically my job is to bake different cakes or other thinks like muffins, biscuit, cookies and so on. ☺️ But not just that... We work with different buttercreams, chocolate, sugarpaste and whipped cream, of course. ☺️

It has been a while I posted last time but I am still alive ^^ New year, new love came into my life all thenks to one of my best friends. She pushed me down deep into the abyss of Shokigeki no Soma (Food Wars) and I am still down there... XD

So, for the first, let me intorduce my Shokugeki no Soma OC with a character card I made for her. 

Emilia Lilian Gerbeaud, my OC in Food Wars was born in Carouge (Switzerland) and named after the famous Swiss-Hungarian confectioner, Emil Gerbeaud who lived at the beginning of the 20th century in real life, in the same city Carouge, later moved to Hungary (I am Hungarian so I like using Hungarian references to the background story of my OCs XD Like in the case of Nathalia and the Báthory family) where he opened a famous confectionery. It still exists, it is a confectionery and a restaurant in our capital city btw, called "Gerbeaud". So, I put Emilia into this family this time. Like his ancestor, Emilia is also a confectioner, specialized in chocolate the most, earned the title as the “Chocolate Queen”. (Emil Gerbeaud was working with chocolate mostly. He also invented lots of chocolate-based sweets and cakes, like the Cognac Cherry which is a special sweet of Hungary under the Protected Designation of Origin. Plus his famous Gerbeaud cake, which we usually eat at Christmas).

Emilia's father, Raphael Gerbeaud is the head of the Gerbeaud family company, member and chief director of the Bakery and Confectionery section of the European Food Hanza, member of the WHO too. He is more like a businessman, not a confectioner. He is very strict, forced her daughter to study fro her early childhood because they realized it soon that Emilia has a very high IQ. So, she will graduate from middle school at her age of 9 (she will study at home) and will receive her degree in Food Sciences at the age of 14 (not long before she will visit Totsuki Institution first).

Emilia's mother, Hilde came from a very famous Swiss chef family (Roux-Krone) and she taught everything about confectionery and baking to Emilia. She gave her her middle name, Lilian and always called her like that. Emilia loved her so much, often referred to her as the Sugar Plum Fairy from the Nutcracker of Tschaikowsky. She also inherited her deep red hair from her and her way to move in the kitchen, which is called the "Kitchen Waltz" because it looks as if she would dance when she is operating there. Her mother will leave the family at the age of 10.  

Emilia will infiltrate into the Totsuki Culinary Academy to fulfill his dad’s wish and investigate the students, which one of them or their family could be a potential asset to his business empire. Emilia is a well-known confectioner so in a culinary academy, some of the students would probably recognize her and would try to impress her. She didn’t want this: she wanted to see the students working in their natural habitat so she disguised herself as “Lilian” and accepted some guest instructor position at Totsuki from the headmaster with her uncle, to be able to get close to the students and could investigate their skills.

Emilia is 1.58m, 40kg. Her birthday is on the 3rd of February and she is a year younger than the main characters. She has deep red hair, emerald green eyes and some freckles around her nose.

  Since she spent all her childhood studying and alone, she was raised by her nanny, Madame Dufour and her bodyguard who is also her chauffeur, Bertrand. She spent so many time in "Fantasyland" so she is a daydreamer. Sometimes she is so deeply involved in her thoughts, that she doesn't reply or say some random-like things. She is kind and cheerful, a bit shy since she never had any friends and doesn't really know, how to behave with tose one who is around the same age as she is. She is not a strict teacher at all, loves to help the students. She also loves making some silly jokes in her classes. She is humming when she is baking. Sometimes, she looks like to be silly, but when it is about competition or about her job, she can be very serious.

Baking thread

My bestie @ifheartswerefireproof and I are attempting to make this cake today (pic & recipe are from chelsweets):

Mainly because I'm a slut for Halloween and Jack Skellington/The Nightmare before Christmas and baking is fun. Also she's a confectioner/pastry chef in training.
