tbh I kinda love how so much Star Trek aliens look mostly human except for different looking ears, eyes, foreheads etc. It’s been neat seeing just how many different kinds of cranial ridges and such that they’ve come up with for each species, plus it means the actors don’t have to spend as long in the makeup chair. The in-universe explanation of the Progenitors being the reason so many species look similar is super clever and honestly the best way I can think of that it could have been explained.

“ I've been thinking. In Riposte, Marinette learned that Adrien does think of her as only a friend. And she'll freak out when her crush on him is revealed on tv in Troublemaker. I think another reason why she freaks out is because she's worried there's a less likely chance he'll return her feelings since he might still think of her as "just a friend".”
