shouts out to fan fic writers who write consent into their fic!! it’s SO IMPORTANT to let ppl know that asking for consent, checking in with your partner, is both necessary and romantic. so is talking about STI status, birth control, condom use. it’s normal! it doesn’t have to be some weird clinical thing!
when ppl write this into fic it normalizes consent and communication and that means a lot for young ppl reading fic- ahhhhhhh thank you thank you.
