reading essays about consent and thinking about how I'm going to make everyone on the task force read them before they're allowed to give the workshop

The Black Cat House is hosting a consent workshop in February. What topics or activities would you like to see there?
Options to Procrastinate from doing your Midterms (But will still benefit your wellbeing)
1. Consent Workshop - Learn about the Radical Consent Culture and how it can benefit us as SCU students. It begins at 7:30pm TONIGHT (as in Wed. March 16) in Rauenhorst Ballroom. This is a co-sponsored event of MPIRG Women and Gender Taskforce and PRIDE.
2. Taking a Shower - When freaking out and working on your midterms, sometimes hygiene becomes on the bottom of priorities. But if you don't shower, you then start feeling gross, and then your self esteem decreases and you no longer feel confident in your work and you will fail. So shower.
3. Eat with Friends - You must take time to eat and socialize, that does not have any mention of work. Sometimes we need to go into our school work and editing with a blank slate, and your friends will hopefully keep you updated on things in the world that have nothing to do with education. This will help convince you that there are other things in the world outside of school - something I know I forget... all the time. PS You eat too... which is good health wise.
4. Turn down the lights, blast the music, INSTA DANCE PARTY - Sometimes we procrastinate because we can't sit still [anymore]. This can be a fun and enjoyable way to blow off some steam that doesn't require you to leave your room or cost money. This is also a sober and inventive way to chill with your friends. NOTE: This procrastination option may lead you to procrastination option #2.
5. Cleaning - Lets be real, as college students who stress we leave our personal spaces cluttered and gross. Take a minute to find out where that rotting smell is coming from, and doing that laundry. This is another way to blow off hyper tendencies.
6. Get some sleep - Really, I'm not kidding. Go to bed by midnight, you can do more work the following day when you are well rested and prioritized.
HAVE A GOOD MIDTERM WEEK FROM THE WHEEL.
