Breathing Together: Decreasing Air Pollution from Local Heating Systems
Air pollution from local sources (home heating and other residential combustion) exposes population massively to harmful substances. Currently, there is significant lack of data and corrective tools for pollution in small settlements.
The future CONSPIRO project aims at tackling air pollution from local sources in villages and city districts.. A concept to decrease air pollution will be established through a complex toolset of research, promotion and corrective activities. A methodology for measurements and data analysis will be elaborated and the influence on human health will be assessed.
