I first saw Adam Rex from the illustrations he did for Magic: The Gathering cards. He produced some of the scariest and majestic fantasy art that has ever existed.
He still paints for them from time to time, but his passion for children's books is what's really flourished in the past few decades. Gumluck the Wizard is one of his latest. He is a master of genuine humor for all ages.
