Page 2. ---- CLARKSBURG, Mar. 1 - The depression party proved a delightful event in the Community hall on Friday evening. given under the auspices of St. George's A.Y.P.A. Seventeen tables of progressive! euchre and 8 tables of bridge were in play Dr. Reeve-Newsome, in a depression costume, directed the euchre and was assisted by Jack Ferguson. and Mrs. Hargreaves was In charge of the bridge The prizes were won in euchre by John Wright who tied with Arthur Ardiel, and ladies, Mrs. Joseph Goldsmith. In the bridge Mrs. McBride won the ladies prize and Mr. Roland McDonald the gents. An excellent lunch was served by the committee, Miss C. A'exander. Mrs. Boyle and Mrs. Hargreaves.
A program of round and square dancing was then enjoyed.
