Artie: Hey Cas. Hows it going Man. Havn't spoken to you since I got out the hospital ,
Casper: Um.. I’ve been better. I had a pretty bad night last night but Austin came over and we had cookies. How are you doing?
Artie: That's sucks buddy, Glad Austin had your back though. What would we do with out our siblings. Want to come over for Dinner, Mum always cooks far too much. Don't know if it will help, but Mum always says a good home cooked meal works wonders. But I pretty sure she's not been in your situation, but shes a pretty good cook. I'm getting there, but I'd be lying if I said I felt 100% but , I was pretty sick so i know it's going to take a few weeks to get back to normal.

Text: I know. We are great for each other, but I still had night terrors of losing him. Like you know that Amelia is fine but still have night terrors about her. I'm just trying to help. I know probably more than most people how it feels to watch someone you care about die, get hurt, or trapped in a place where you can do nothing about it. I've seen my brothers die and I was just sitting there, frozen. They are my best friends and I would sit up and watch them breath at night. Let me help.
TEXT: Cas I’m so scared. I feel like my minds eating me up from inside, They’ve given me stronger meds to try and help , but nothings working. It’s never been this bad, and the more i hurt , the more It upsets mum. It’s like a vicious circle.
Text: Because it's my brains way of telling me that I'm scared of losing him. That something could happen and he could be gone forever. But I haven't had one since two nights before my surgery. It's not for everyone I know. You could always try and breakdown the and try to figure out why you are having it.

Text: I get it. I've had night terrors since I was 7. They get better, they go away and than they come back. I had a really bad one about David when we first started feeling things for each other.. Which was why I was so scared about being with him. They're nightmares, they aren't real. Scary as all hell but I find that when I stay in the nightmare as long as I can I get control over it. I can change it. David being in my dream was new hence why I woke up screaming every night for week.
TEXT: What? why where you having bad dreams about David , You two are great for each other. Stay in the nightmare. No way. I can’t see Melly lying in the car instead of me. I’m meant to be in the car not her. She wasn’t even with Mum and I that day. She was at home with Dad.
