Aiden didn’t like this place. It seemed okay when he was walking around as a cat, he was pretty sure more people recognised and remembered him from that mission in the subway tunnels as a cat. He was in his human form now since apparently they’d wanted to ask him for help and some agent felt stupid talking with a cat (asshole) but he’d finally come out of the meeting and was making a steady exit when a familiar woman nearly walked right into him. 

“Whoa.” he blinked and looked at her, “Oh, hey Cindy. Heh, you’re short now.” As a guy Aiden could look on her, it was a funny change.

Josh would have been happy with the visitor’s he’d been getting, several x-men had stopped in to check on him but his responses to all of them had been muted and difficult to communicate. He was still kept in an isolation room in case he had an episode and attacked anyone else but thus far he’d been nothing but docile.

He heard the door to his room open and after a few moments of staring at nothing he managed to life his head and turn his unsteady gaze towards it.
