*cough* Hi there-

So I did read your one shots already; and I like them! Very much! :D

If you're not busy, I have a request-

Can you do one shot with Fig Cookie, Clover Cookie, and Y/N; where Y/N is a forest traveler, and they first meet Fig, then later both of them meet Clover? Take your time!

Grass Whistle

Characters- Reader, Fig Cookie and Clover cookie

Pronouns- They/Them for Reader and Fig cookie, He/Him for Clover cookie

Nothing screams peaceful than walking through the forest, the sound of it become a big part of the Forest Traveller, (Y/N) Cookie, Unlike their cousin Adventure cookie, (Y/N) does not care for treasure, for them, Nature was a treasure in itself, the vibrant leaves and the cool breeze of the wind was always welcoming, almost like a second home to them

As they traverse through the forest, they spot a fallen log on the ground, perfect place to sit on and take a small break and thats exactly what they did, they gently placed their backpack on the ground as they sat on the sat, drinking some water from their bottle and letting out a sigh of relief as they felt the warm rays of the sun gently caresses their cheek

They close their eyes to try and enjoy the sounds but a shuffling noise made them open their eyes to spot a small raddish rat trying to open their back, "Ay ay, nope not gonna happen buddy" they say as they pull their backpack onto their lap, the Rat din't run off, instead, it just stared at them

After a few seconds of staring, (Y/N) sighed, knowing this rat isn't going anywhere, they open their backpack and dig through it, pulling out a small acorn, "here" they gently toss the acorn on the ground and the rat immediently grabbed it and ran off with the acorn in its mouth, well, its not like they eat acorn, (Y/N) just have a habit is picking random stuff off of the ground

With that out of the way and having rested long enough, they put their backpack back up and continue their walk, as they continue, it started to get dark and so, decided to find a clearing where they can set up camp, thankfully, a small clearing nearby was enough and in no time, set up the camp and lit a small fire in the middle of it

They sat on the ground, silently watching the fire dance about, when the oh so familiar twig snapping nearby caught their attention, normally, it would not really be a big deal with a lot of animals in the forest, but, better safe than sorry as they grab a rock nearby for protection, looking around to see if there are any movements, nothing, slightly satisfied, they turned back to watch the fire dance again

A rustle nearby made them stand up and turn to face it, "Aight, whoever is messing with me, I know your there y'know" they called out, then a nervous chuckle erupted from the bush, as another cookie's has popped out of it, "ehe, Sorry about that, I was getting curious" they answer, the accent is the first thing you can't help but noticed was scottish

"I mean, you could have just said hello y'know" (Y/N) answered as they sat back down, it isn't like its the first time they met a cookie in one of their trips, they've even met a group of cookies one time, one did tried to steal their backpack but a smack on the head was enough for her to think otherwise

"Well are you just gonna stand there? Come and sit" they patted the soft grass beside them, it was then that the other cookie emerges and thats when (Y/N)'s realized their other half is a deer, making them a cervitaur, it isn't really suprising as again, they have met other kinds of cookies, even a naga one

The cervitaur cookie sat beside them,"Soo, nice to meet you, I'm (Y/N)" you thought it was best to finally introduce yourself,"Oh! And my name is Fig! Nice to meetcha! I have heard so much about ya from my for'st friends!" They greeted back at them, (Y/N) grinned a bit,"Oh really like what?"

And with that, Fig began to talk about how many of the forest animals talk about how they always spot the same cookie walking by almost everyday, never trying to harm them and even giving them some food if they ask or in their case, approuch with teary eyes for food,

The night progresses as the two of them continued their conversation, Fig talking about the for'st while (Y/N) talked about the kinds of travels they have got too, and oh boy was Fig extremely interested in it, listening very intently to the words they say,

Soon it was time for them to sleep, Fig waved Goodbye, promising to come and greet them the next morning as they prance away, which (Y/N) found kinda cute, with a yawn, they crawl inside the safetly of their tent, making sure the fire was small before laying down on their portable bed and finally going to the dream world

The next morning, they slowly woke up to the sound of horns blowing and a familiar voice shouting, " 'Ake up, trees! 'Ake up, animals!" After stretching and fixing themselves a bit, they finally crawl out with a yawn as the morning sun greeted them,

"Oh! M'rning (Y/N!)" Fig cookie greeted as they prance with their horn over to the Traveller who is gently rubbing their eyes in an attempt to wake themselves up, "Mornin Fig, I see your already up and at em eh?" They said with a slight yawn,

"Of course! The f'rest loves the sound of mah horn! They tell me that it 'Akes em up!" They explain as they hold their horn close to them, (Y/N) only nodded as they stretched a bit when both turned their heads when their heard music nearby, "what was that?" Asks Fig Cookie, slightly tilting their head in confusion, "sounds like someone's playing music, lets go check em out" (Y/N) suggested

"Good idea! Hop on my back! And we'll check it out togetha!" Fig proclaims, (Y/N) nodded as they carefully sat on their back, holding on to their hips(?) As Fig proceeded to prance forward, both feeling the morning breeze on their face as the musics starts to sound clearer and louder,

Soon they came across another cookie, sitting on a tree stump and playing a lute in his hands, his eyes closed with a small smile as he hums, many forest animals surround him, even some of the blueberry birds that were flying landed on tree branches to gently sway to his music

Both Fig and (Y/N) just watched as he continues to play his music, after a while, he seemed to have finished as he then gracefully bows to the animals who were now cheering before slowly dispersing one by one until only the cookie is left and only then did he seems to noticed two other cookies,

"Oh hello there" he greeted, even bowing to them as the two approuches and (Y/N) carefully got off of Fig to greet the cookie, "Heya, I'm (Y/N), and this is Fig, we heard the music so we thought to check it out" They explained as Fig nodded, "Yeah! The music was great! So are you the Cookie who the Animals talks about music a lot about?" Fig asked,

"Ah so they do talk about me, Yes, I love to play music and I am quite pleased with how they enjoy my music, I am Clover Cookie" he greeted, in what turns out to be quite the adventure for them,

For (Y/N) another blessing that comes with the adventuring is encountering different types of cookies, from the most interesting to the calm ones, traveling can have its perks in finding friends from other places
