Indulge in the irresistible combination of cookie butter and chocolate chunks with these delectable blondies. They're soft, chewy, and perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings.
Ingredients: 1 cup cookie butter. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1 cup light brown sugar. 1 large egg. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup chocolate chunks or chips.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C and grease a baking dish. Melt the butter and mix it with the cookie butter in a large bowl until the mixture is smooth. Mix in the brown sugar until it's well mixed in. It will be creamy after you add the egg and vanilla extract. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together in a different bowl. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until they are just combined. Add the chocolate chunks or chips and mix them in. Spread the batter out evenly in the baking pan that has been prepared. In a hot oven, bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out with a few moist crumbs on it. Blondies should cool in the pan for a while before being moved to a wire rack to cool all the way down. Cut it into squares when it's cool, and enjoy!
