Fudgy Brownies (Very First Attempt)
People may not believe it, but I used to bake. I stopped doing it after I graduated from my university. I’d blame it on the lack of spare time, but I guess that’s just a lame excuse I made up in my head. Now, thanks to baking & cooking videos that showed up in my explore page in instagram, I am motivated to improve my baking skill and to pick up cooking as my new skill. HA HA.
I’ve baked various flavour of cupcakes and its icings, based on the recipes from a book that my mom bought in Georgetown Cupcake’s store in DC called ‘Sweet Celebration’. I forgot where I put it the last time, I just assume that it’s gone. I also baked cinnamon rolls and its nice thick glaze with Uci, based on a random video we found in youtube. I don’t remember the exact video and I don’t feel like finding it either. So, to avoid similar scenarios in the future, I am determined to record and post my baking and cooking journey, here, in this very page.
Here goes my attempt to bake Fudgy Brownies (with a recipe from a random video in instagram).

Nugget Tahu Sehat
Hallooo, finally this is my first post in 2017 and also my first post in my tumblr, Yeayy!!
Sebenernya yang mau kuceritakan pada postingan kali ini adalah latepost tapi karena kemageran tingkat dewa yang ngga ilang-ilang maka baru aku post sekarang ini, hehe maafkan. Waktu itu 30 Desember 2016 iseng-iseng nyoba resep makanan yang simpel dan sehat cocok untuk cemilan ataupun dijadikan sebagai makan. Berbekal resep nyontek di facebook, akhirnya berhasil kubuat dengan modifikasi seperlunya. Berikut ini resep selengkapnya. Check this out, guys!
Resep Nugget Tahu Sehat
Bahan untuk adonan nugget :
5 buah tahu putih/tahu kuning
5 sdm munjung tepung terigu
1 buah wortel ukuran sedang
daun bawang secukupnya
2 siung bawang putih + 1 sdt lada + 1 sdt garam (dihaluskan)
penyedap rasa sapi/ayamsecukupnya
1 butir telur
Bahan untuk kulit nugget :
tepung terigu
1 butir telur (kocok lepas)
tepung panir/tepung roti
Cara Membuat :
Siapkan semua bahan-bahan yang diperlukan.
Hancurkan tahu dan campurkan bahan-bahan di atas kemudian aduk hingga merata.
Cetak adonan tersebut dalam loyang kotak dengan ketebalan sesuai selera dan kukus selama kurang lebih 25 menit.
Diamkan adonan yang telah dikukus tadi selama 15 menit agar mudah untuk dipotong-potong dan tidak rusak.
Setelah dipotong-potong kecil, balurkan potongan tsb ke tepung terigu, kemudian telur dan terakhir gulingkan pada tepung roti hingga semua permukaannya tertutup sempurna.
Simpan di dalam freezer selama minimal 1.5 jam agar tepung menempel dengan baik.
Goreng pada minyak mendidih dengan api sedang hingga berwarna kuning keemasan.

PS : Nugget mentah yang belum digoreng tersebut bisa disimpan di dalam freezer selama beberapa hari sehingga bisa digoreng untuk keesokan harinya atau seminggu ke depan. Selamat mencoba :))
