Self care today with a totally new face mask from @hydromerse . . This is a two step mask that is cooling and hydrating while refreshing and soothing skin. First you lather your face with step one, a clear gel but do not rub in. Apply a layer all over face then use step two of the skin recovery system. Step two is a spritzer spray which you spray a few times so all the face is covered then set back and let the mask do its magic. The mask starts cooling skin without tingling and the mask firms up without pulling on your skin. Leave for about 10 mins then easily wash off. Leaving your skin totally refreshed, hydrated and super soft. A great alternative to a clay mask and gives your skin instant hydration. Received another complimentary (and very generous) package from #08liter today in exchange for my honest review! These are the @repiel Timeless Aqua-shot bio masks...and the packaging confused me but basically you just pull off the top and rolled up inside are the sheet layers soaked in the essence. There are two mesh sheets and in between those is the actual mask that you apply to your face. It's quite a peculiar experience as it's almost gel like and can be awkward to apply but once you have it on...the stickiness of masks helps it stay in place. The fit was a bit off but I've yet to find a perfect fitting sheet mask! The package directed me to leave on for 10-15 minutes but I always leave mine on for at least 30 minutes to ensure my skin soaks up all of the moisture provided in the sheet. My skin felt INCREDIBLE! It wasn't left feeling sticky but it was adequately moisturized and appeared significantly more plump...i noticed a huge difference in my smile lines! Review of the ultra cool leaf mask from #abybom ! 🌿 . 🍃 This #sheetmask was sent to me by @abybom__official For my honest thoughts. . 🍃 It's a two stage mask. First there are cute little leaf shaped mini masks to apply to dry areas. And then you apply on top the sheetmask. . 🍃 I love this concept. I have combo skin so my chin and cheeks in particular usually need more hydration. So this is perfect for that! . 🍃 The essence itself is thin, not sticky and very hydrating. My skin was hydrated afterwards and soft to the touch. . 🍃 The material itself is thin as you can see in the pics. My bushy eyebrows are clearly visible through the mask! It has a great fit for my face as well. . 🍃 Overall love this mask and would definitely recommend it to others. . 🍃 It's so hot in London. I've said it before but being British means I'm going to complain about the weather 😂. And so I've been reaching for the thin hydrating sheetmasks in my collection.
