Today I went back to work after 2 days of being off and I haven't worn make up ever since. I decided to not wear make up to work today bc fuck it I didn't want to BUT I wore lipstick so when ppl would complement my skin and say I looked good w/o make up there was always that person saying "oh but she's wearing lipstick" and I just wanted to be like "boo, that's completely different"
lmao i know what u mean like i classify “makeup” as so diff than lipstick!! i haven’t worn face makeup literally once since starting college in september outside of like christmas parties but like i have worn lipstick lots u know?? it’s not even to make me “confident” or w/e i just think aesthetically lipstick is always so bomb. and like i have a straight guy friend who LOVES wearing it and im just like “see this is what it’s all about....lipstick for all”
