Hospital visit || Cora&Allison
---The mistaken identity with a vampire who she thought was Allison.
---The exchange between Cora and Chris.
Both these factors, along with one or two others which Cora isn’t willing to admit, purely because she knows how irrational they sound and doesn’t want to end up sounding crazy, are enough to have her pay a visit to the hospital.
In her own justification for going, the youngest Hale had held off until now when she knows Allison is able to walk about. She knows this purely because yes, she had been at the hospital yesterday too--just checking of course, to make sure Allison was still there. After all, it might be some elaborate plan on the young Argents part--to throw her off track so she could take down Cora when she least expects it.
Paranoia--make sure your worst enemy isn’t living between your own two ears.
Anyone at all who knows even a little about Cora Hale, will know that she is blunt, to the point and is far from paranoid or acting like the world is out to get her. She is usually confident enough within herself to not air any vulnerability. So what is happening to her lately, is something she has no idea how to handle and she can feel herself slowly tailspinning and doesn’t know how to stop it.
Arriving at the hospital, it doesn’t take her long to manoeuvre her way up to Allisons room without being seen. She does wait for a while however, until she knows her father has left the building and it’s then she pushes open the door to her room.
“I think we need to talk don’t you?”

Park life || Cora&Allison
If Cora was a sensitive soul who let certain looks and remarks affect her, she would end up staying around the bayou and never venturing further. Luckily she isn’t and the only reaction she has to refrain from giving when someone makes a cutting remark, is the urge to punch them in the face. She constantly has to remind herself not to respond physically--so more often than not, a verbal threat will escape instead. There is definitely a class division in some of the areas with its residents, even if they don’t care to admit it. Cora has seen looks of disdain off of a few who regard her attire as not appropriate, simply because her boots and jeans may be a little more muddy than normal. That’s not to say all feel that way though--some of the owners of the market stalls and the shops, can be more than welcoming.
So when the young Hale isn’t at the bayou, she can often be seen all over the place--usually just her own company, but this is often how she prefers it. Late evenings are just as active for her as throughout the day. She has never been able to sleep well, so tends to wander and this particular evening, it’s brought her to the Audubon park. She’s been there in the day before and it can get quite busy, but now is the best time, it’s really peaceful. She sits down at the side of the fountain, the sound of the water is calming and Cora drapes her hand lazily into it. She’s only been there for a few minutes when she picks up the noise of somebody else nearby. Immediately her dark hues shoot to the right to see who it is.
