I know it's out there already, but you haven't seen what lives in my noggin. What I could bring to the table.
Oh no... I have a new ship I'm invested in. Cordan ftw? Yes- No! Oh, I don't know. I really liked Danny's fiancee and he also seemed to trust her enough to have told her about his messed up past, so it's not like Corinne is the one who holds all his secrets and knows him more than anyone. His fiancee does know him too. And her husband is also a sweetheart!
But on the other hand there's just so much unresolved history between him and Corinne... They have such a nice chemistry on screen too... And there's no way in hell Corinne's son isn't Danny's.
I don't think they'll end up together even though they have so much chemistry. Not in season 1 at least.
And Luke always does such an amazing job with the hardest, emotional scenes. You see him acting and you have no doubt about what Danny felt like while telling Corinne the truth and also how he felt back then.
So much guilt.
So much remorse.
It's as if he considers that the pain that he has to live with every day is a way to atone for what he almost did to his mother.
Although it's painful to watch at the same time I find it refreshing to watch too. I think one of Danny's traits is that he isn't an ambiguous character. He is three dimensional, for sure, but he is also so... transparent, I guess? There's this mystery about his past and how he will navigate his relationships now that he reconnected with Greylock but there's no ambiguity in him. His acts, his dialogues, his decisions, everything about him –up til now– makes sense.
Anyways. Danny, Danny, Danny. Pleasego to therapy.

I’m so conflicted! I’m 100% on the Cordan ship, but I didn’t want them to get together when they are both in committed relationships. I want to be excited about Danny and Corinne, but feel like I can’t. Urgh!
Not to ship cheaters on main, but they both took a little plastic skeleton and my heart exploded.
