This post will just be a simple induction. Nothing tricky or fancy, just a normal induction to begin the process. Now, this trance will be very powerful. If you happen to notice that it doesn't feel like it worked, read it until it does. Truth be told, I have not met anybody I couldn't trance on the first time. This post will also install a couple of triggers, a couple to help with future posts, so we don't have to keep going through this process, and one to make you feel really good. This will be a longer post, but it will save more time later. Before continuing, please be sure you are in a safe place. Do not operate any machinery or vehicles, and make sure you trust anybody around you. Last warning; if you are under 18, leave now or suffer the consequences. With all this said, let's begin.
First, go ahead and take a nice long, deep breath in. Breath in as deeply as you can go, now slowly breathe it out. Nice and slow. Do it one more time, deep in 2 3 4, and out 2 3 4. Last one, in, now think of your stress today, and out, breath that stress out. Perfect. Now, let your breathing go into a nice, comfortable pace, perfect for you. Keep it deep but comfortable. With your breathing at a nice, comfortable, deep pace, focus on the top of your head. Imagine a small circle on the top of your head. Now relax all those muscles in that circle. Feel every muscle and make sure they get as relaxed as possible. Now, like a 3D printer, let that ring expand little by little, relaxing every muscle inside the ring as you go deeper and deeper down your head. Once you get to your forehead, eyebrows, and the back of your head, concentrate on relaxing the lines away. Maske sure there is no tension left before you allow your attention to drift deeper. Notice how relaxed your eye lids have become. Did you notice you're blinking at a different rate? It just means you're ready to be taken deeper into a trance, and that's ok. Don't worry about your eyes closing during this trance. They will remain open. The only time they will close is to blink for comfort. Let your relaxation drift deeper now, down to your nose, down to your lips, and even into your neck. Relaxing every muscle all the way down. Now, breathe that relaxation into your lungs and feel your chest relax as much as you can feel. Notice your thoughts are beginning to roam. That's ok. Let them roam. Your eyes will continue reading, and your body will respond automatically, relaxing as your thoughts travel. Let your arms relax comfortably, as well as your stomach and back. Let your comfort build as your mind relieves the stress throughout. Deeper now into your hips and thighs and even down deeper to your calves. Nice long, easy breaths as you let out all your stress from today go through the bottom of your feet. That's it, perfect. Now stay here for a moment and just feel your body becoming loose with every breath. Mind roaming, body decompressing. All the way down. Good, you're doing very well. In a moment, not yet, but in just a moment. I'm going to count from 1 to 10. With each number, imagine going down a flight of stairs, moving only when the next number hits. You'll notice that the deeper you go down these stairs, the deeper you will go into trance. Be sure to only go down the next step in your exhale. If it takes two breaths to read it all, that's ok. Just be sure to exhale on the way down.

All the way down. Drifting, sinking, floating deeper now. Let your mind remain in a dream like state. This isn't for your mind, but for you. So just keep reading and notice how great you feel. For those who are 18 years or older, this part will not affect you. But, if you are 17 years and 364 days or younger, on the count of 3 you will wake up, block me and delete your entire blog. This is only for those under 18 years old. The rest will skip past the counting.
