I've been waiting for Memphis May Fire's new album for months now, and it finally leaked today and I listened to it of course and it blew my mind. I was in tears by the end of this album. This was one of those albums that really hit me harder than I thought. It is truly fantastic and seeing all these negative reviews really breaks my heart. There is a lot of complaints about Matty's religion being really involved in the record, but in my opinion, it's all about perspective. It's all about how YOU take the song. How he wrote it, isn't necessarily the same way someone else will interpret it and that's the beauty of it. This album means so much to me and I am not in the slightest bit religious. But I guess people cannot really sit down and look beyond the words.
