Victor had always been a nervous man. Even as a young boy he was always on edge, looking behind his shoulder to make sure nothing was following him. Flashforward years later and he's in Evermore with a curse he struggles to carry the burden of. Seeing the dead who haven't quite crossed over yet was a living nightmare and Victor only had himself to blame. He felt that way at least. He didn't necessarily blame Emily, but he didn't feel it was wholly fair either. Still, he carried the burden on his shoulder and blamed himself for not being honest with them. With Emily on his mind it was no wonder she would just happen to pop up. Almost like a ghost. She nearly scared Victor with the sight of her alone and he went paler than he already was, if possible. Knowing he was doomed and they had seem him though he hesitantly approached her, hands fiddling nervously behind his back. "E-Emily," he greeted with her a small nod. "Fancy running into you here. I...did not expect to see you. Um, a-are you alone?" He glances away quickly, flinching, as he's certain he felt something brush up against him causing a cold chill to run up his spine. He turns his attention back to Emily. "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have troubled you. I'm sure you have plenty of other important matters to attend to on your agenda."
