Kenotiergender

A kenochoric (or KEIN) subset of faunagender. For people who have genders connected to both animals and the concept of kenopsia.

Term comes from 'kenochoric', 'tier' (German for 'animal'), and 'gender'. If you don't like German it could technically also be called 'kenofaunagender'.

Subsets could include kenopupgender and kenocatgender/kenofelinic.

(Flag ID: A flag with 6 horizontal stripes. They are purple-brown, brown, light brown, light purple, blue, and dark blue.)

Alt flags:

Kenocorvigender

A subset of kenotiergender, related specifically to corvusgender. For people who have genders connected to both corvids (crows, ravens, etc) and the concept of kenopsia.

Hello! I’ve been sorta struggling with both my gender and some kin problems for a long time. But then I found out about the Pride-Flags gallery you all have been running, and looked through your Kingenders folder. And then it hit me, I’ve been having problems with my gender and otherkin feelings because they’ve been sorta influencing each other! I thought about it carefully, and I’ve decided that my gender would be best described as corvusgender.

Corvus comes from the animal genus, which includes crows, ravens, and other similar birds! So the definition would be along the lines of “a crowlike gender, or a gender influenced by or compared to crows (or other corvid birds) in some way”. I’ve found that this explains my gender very well, not to mention helped me understand my otherkin connection to crows, ravens, etc!

I made this sorta hastily, I used one of the scraps in the Flag Scrap folder and just changed the colors. Also made the little corvid head, apologies if it’s a big sloppy. But hey, I hope this ends up helping other people who are going through the same situation that I did!
