Making Time || Rachel & Cosette
Involved: Rachel and Cosette Berry.
Time Frame: Tuesday, March 15th, around 11PM.
Location: Cosette's dorm.
Notes: The Berry twins decide that enough is enough, and make more time to see each other.
The promise of seeing her sister was always something that Rachel held close. It was something she could look forward to, something constant even when everything was changing. Lately, though, both of them had been too busy to keep up very much contact, and any quality face-to-face time had been put on the back burner. It wasn't anyone's fault, really, but it did need to be remedied.
Carter had said something the other day that had made Rachel smile. Okay, so there were a lot of things he said that she smiled about, but this one thing in particular had stuck with her all day. She'd mentioned not being able to spend much time with her sister, and his response was that they seemed like the type of twins who would go crazy if they didn't talk to one another. He was completely right, of course, at least in Rachel's case. Her sister was always someone she could turn to, in good times and bad. They were close enough that they could easily not speak for weeks and not have any problems clicking again, but that closeness was what made it so hard for Rachel to be out of the loop from her sister.
She got a few things together and practically skipped to Cosette's dorm room, a bright and warm smile on her face. She caught herself humming, though she wasn't entirely sure what. Was she even allowed to be humming at this time of night? What if someone was trying to study? The thought pattern was short-lived. She was in a good mood, and if that happened to be a bad thing, then so be it.
Knocking on her sister's door, Rach checked her phone quickly for time, and then looked around to make sure nobody was patrolling the halls. It wasn't something they usually did, but Cosette had mentioned before about previous run-ins with officials, and she did not want to be on room arrest for a week when there was a show to be done. "Cosette? It's me."
