This is the first of several planned Cosplay Lite looks where I’ll translate video game costumes into ready to wear looks. This zip up kimono dress is inspired by Komachi from Tri-Ace’s Infinite Undiscovery.

I ordered a Fire Emblem limited edition 3DS and it was supposed to be here days ago! 😭 so in the meantime have some silly Fire Emblem makeup while I wait.

My Deadpool inspired makeup that I wore to the opening of the film a few weeks ago. On my eyes, I have @sugarpill Love +, Bulletproof, Soot &Stars, and Tako, with @colourpopcosmetics Shop in the centre of the lid. Lips are also Shop with #barrymblack lip liner and some clear gloss.

Me and my swanky new shirt :D

So I saw Winter Soldier last weekend and spent the week designing and embroidering my very own Black Widow shirt because a) I'm a fiber nerd b) Black Widow is awesome and c) hour glass shapes aren't too complicated. The shirt is from a thrift store and all in all this project cost ~$3 and ten hours of embroidery-time. The design is based off of a traditional sashiko/Japanese embroidery pattern because I've been wanting to try sashiko for a while.

So far it has proved to be machine dryable, but I might try it in the washer later just to see if it survives.
