How did everyone feel about Ratau, Goatfrey, etc?
Seeing how the village was very much against the Bishops and their passive nature, it was no surprise the sheepfolk were apprehensive when a traveling band of warriors lead by the Red Crown came knocking on their door. But even with his faults, Leary was a generous leader who wasn't going to leave wounded creatures to fend for themselves in the harsh taiga that surrounded his village. So he granted the cult of the Red Crown refuge in the village barn and stables.
Though, to be honest, Ewelyn wouldn't have allowed her husband to turn them away the moment she saw a young goat in desperate need of medical aid. She can't help but get attached to the rowdy young man.
It was certainly a trip for Lamb. Seeing another gender non-conforming creature like them. One that was able to mold his body into its desired shape.
And Panne being the little angel she was, she immediately tried to befriend all the new neighbors. She has a perfect success rate (even if some may deny it).
