REVIEW: DOPE VITAMINS

the Dope Vitamins team reached out to me and asked if i’d be interested in trying out their product. here is what i thought of it...

flash back to ultra 2019: while it was the absolute best 3 days of my life, it also turned into the lowest week following that final day. i became so sick by the third night that it took everything in my power to dance those final hours away.

i couldn’t go to class or work for the next 5 days following my return from miami. it was a real low point, however, i learned from that experience that if i wanted to keep doing these festivals while keeping up with full-time work and school commitments, i needed to take better care of my health while doing so.

i have now been to a handful of festivals since march, and each time i have learned more and more about what my body and mind needs in order to stay healthy both during and after the event. most recently, my rave fam and i ran into some Dope ambassadors upon entering Tinker Field for EDC last month. we weren’t entirely sure what the product was, but they were handing them out for free, so we took as many as we could grab!

some of us tested them out at the end of a couple of the festival nights, (myself included), and i must admit that i did notice a major difference in that week following edc versus that week following ultra. i was able to jump straight back into work, class, and running errands. i felt 10x better than i did after any festival i had done before. however, i wondered whether it was due to the vitamins or some other confounding variable(s).

with that being said, i was very excited to receive an email from the Dope Ambassadors’ team asking if i’d be interested in testing out their product in exchange for a full, honest review. i decided to have my friends and i try out the Rave Renew capsules again after a long night of raving at NGHTMRE’s Portal Tour in Philadelphia.

my three friends and i each took the standard serving (2 capsules) right before going to sleep. we also drank lots of water to ensure the next day would go smoothly. 

sure enough, upon waking up the next morning, we were all pretty shocked at how good we felt. despite some intense neck aches (we are rail riders, it’s an unfortunate consequence), we still felt very rejuvenated, happy, energetic, and ready to take on the day.

it gives me comfort knowing that i’ve now tried this product on two different occasions and found the same results. i would definitely recommend Dope Vitamins to anyone who is living that double life of a festival-goer and a 9-to-5-er; you’d be surprised how much good some tiny vitamin capsules can do!
