Hi 2023......I do really hope everyone had at least one moment in 2022 they can look back on with some positive emotions and I hope moving forward there are more moments that are recieved with positive emotions. Ups and downs in life are the norm not the exception and healing is never linear....and I hope you find the love and strength within yourself to help through the times that are less than awesome. Personal reflection in 2022 ....it was a year of risk...I'd been standing on the ledge too long and finally decided to jump....I have no idea where I'll land or if it will be a soft landing or a hard one.....but I am excited to see where I end up.
