I just watched a video of Cozy saying : "I'm a little flower" holding a flower aside him" lol i laughed myself til cry 😂😂😂

"I am a little flower, and in the pot I grow.

My petals are so yellow, that in the sun they glow.

Just found this comment on a post from Bob Adcock's facebook and wanted to show you because I thought it was cute! Imagine tiny Cozy pretending to be Ginger :')♡ (also, I didn't crop out the comment about Jack's butt on purpose because it needed to be said! (wasn't me though!))

Hello dear Thea! ♡ I hope things are going well for you and life is treating you well (thing that it rarely does for anyone)

Denny is so funny and so honest though, his comments always leaves like a sadness and a bitter taste in your mouth sometimes but is good to have him around on social media because thanks to him I learned a lot of Bedlam.

WELL DONE THEA, WELL DONE... The comment is so obvious but it is what we always need to hear... Jack's butt was indeed stellar, I can't say otherwise. Everyone wanted that but, the musicians that have worked with Jack always say at tome point "kick him in the butt" so, no-one can really scape his marvelous butt.

But, getting back to the point... YES! Tiny Cozy wanted to be Ginger and when he was older he still wanted to be Ginger, he was so obsessed with Cream, like a proper fanboy. I think Cozy sometimes plays like Ging, in terms of fills and creativity with the drumkit. Cozy always said that his hero was John Bonham but I don't really think so, Cozy stole a lot more from Ging than John. From John he probably stole just the thunderous sound (Which he perfected years later in Rainbow) but I think from Ginger he learned a lot more skills and fills and how to play melodies with the kit, because Cozy does that in his solos. For example, the intro of the MSG's song 'Attack Of The Mad Axeman' is literally the intro of 'White Room'.

In fact, one of his failed bands was called 'Strange Brew' and he couldn't talk to Jack properly because he would start babbling.

He never got the chance to meet Ginger I think, and knowing Ginger, he probably would have disliked Cozy, just a little though because Cozy was his #1 fan.

I have to thank to Hel Crosby who had a Pinterest account and I managed to save all the important pics before she deleted it. Some of the rare ones I found them myself writing Cozy Powell in Japanese or in Russian and some pics will pop out.

The thing is that he is too handsome for not having a great collection of photos.

Yes! That pic is adorable! And you can see the love in his eyes, that little spark. And yes, he was a very private person Indeed! I don't know that much about his life as I'd like to but I think is better that way because I feel extremely happy when I found something, even if is small.

And... yes hahsa in fact I have two... I found them like one year ago but I never posted them because they were kinda my treasure but I think now is the time.

HE WAS ADORABLE!!!!!!! My heart hurts y'know... he and his big bright smile <3. And those cheeks, mwah 💋.

Cozy Powell may not be here with us anymore but he still lives on through all his fans and people who appreciate the impact he imprinted on the music scene, that's something that will never go away!

Omg you're so right... he did quite a lot for the music scene (In the underrated side though) I'm remembering a Cozy quote "The Heroes never die, they just fade away" and I think that's exactly what's happening with Cozy, he's fading away because this generation is more interested in Roger Taylor and John Bonham... but some people (like you and me) is discovering Cozy and maybe he's not so popular right now but he will be... like he once was in the 70s.

He still lives in our hearts and... my oh my in our ears too!
