Mages and Seers are alike in the sense that they both have a deep understanding of their aspect. The difference is that a Mage's aspect affects them more negatively. Breath is the flow of things and quite literally, Breath (wind). Breath players are usually very heroic, and so looking at only the first level of the Mage of Breath, it seems that though they have a deep understanding of how things flow and work and heroism, but it affects them negatively.

Looking at the underlayers, the challenge comes into play. If you can go with the flow and not resist change (Breath), the thing to learn is in your Class. Mages need to learn to realize their skills and not get caught up in self-deprecation (the negativity part of the outer layer). If you know your skills and you appreciate yourself, your lesson is in the aspect and you must learn to go with the flow and welcome change rather than resisting it.
