Day 8: dream craft room / stash I'm not the best interior designer but I do keep practicality in mind a lot when I can organize my spaces. I'm just happy to have a craft room at all! Though, don't judge me, I do... Most of my work.... In the living room LOL you know! In front of the tv! Next to the dogs and my bf! Can't beat that cozy company while crafting and decompressing from work. I always see those crazy yarn stashes too with peg boards or giant shelves packed full of ginormous skeins of yarn, and, honestly, that always made me feel superrrr overwhelmed. My little shoe organizer has always been enough for me (not pictured: small wire cube shelves holding my larger skeins of yarn when they don't fit). Featured: my prized painting from a longtime friend Zac !!!! When I saw it I KNEW I wanted it in my future craft room, held it in the bubble wrap for a year or two, and only just hung it up when I bought my house. It always makes me smile when I look at it. I love it so much!!!!

a certain stationery nerd went a little bit overboard recently.... 👀 (spoiler alert: it was me) but hey, at least now my planner is looking cute as hell and i’m feeling a little more motivated to go back to uni in a few weeks. that’s a good enough excuse... right?

Felt crafty and finally added stuff to my July page! (Like 2 weeks late but whatever)

Trying to make July into a crafty and creative month maybe? The creative projects I'm thinking about atm:

•listing things I can put in my journal

•making a cart to hold my craft supplies (I have specific requirements and am resisting the urge to buy pretty colorful ones from the store that I know will not work for what I want, but look great)

•making a junk journal out of old cards, from birthdays and holidays, all the way back at least a decade)

•looking up smash booking? Difference between smash book and junk journal?

I hope this July you all do well in your artistic endeavors!
