I've decided to completely rehaul the entirety of Craterclan, a fanclan I got from a clan generator way back then. I'm in the process of finishing the other's concepts, but for now you get FrostStar and PineThroat (New names to be decided)

The rehaul somewhat follows my few posts about Fucked Up Cat People, the new story is planned to just follow a group of homeless Catpeople doing whatever they can to pass the time and hopefully not die

CraterClan Moon One

Within the crater, the new clan of Snakestar’s attempt to gain their bearings in their new camp. Snakestar managed to convince a few loners to follow the ways of StarClan, even if it means having to answer a thousand questions that the cats have.

The two apprentices that joined, Algaepaw and Shardpaw are given their mentors. Algaepaw gains Dahliaswoop and Shardpaw gains Havenpelt. The first patrol they have is a nightmare though and Dahliaswoop and Havenpelt are both injured by a stray dog from the Atom Pack. Milktuft treats the two of them while Algaepaw boasts about how brave the two of them were.

Shardpaw and her father, Airlilac, quietly scoff at Algaepaw as she boasts to the clan. Shardpaw states that if it was her and Airlilac out there that they would have scared the dog off without any injuries. The two of them still have the mindset of a RADS cat.

I started doing that clan generator challenge that was popular awhile back but never finished drawing all of the cats. I was randomly reminded of their existence so in my free time I’ve been drawing remaining clan. Here are some older ones I made.

Sunhaze - 13 moons - CraterClan warrior - trans male, he/him - bi

A small, fluffy ginger tabby tom with large bright amber eyes and a squirrel-like tail.

An excitable, mischievous young warrior who can usually be found with his childhood friend - definitely not crush, no - Milkweedfang. He is loud and almost hyperactive, making him a lousy hunter and an undesirable patrol partner, but he is still loved by many due to his extroverted and friendly personality.

Once he decides he wants to be your friend, you better just give in, because he will not back down.

What Sunhaze lacks in size and strength, he makes up for in morale and can often be seen cheering up his clanmates before battle. He is very popular with the apprentices, as he will take them on fun play patrols, an open secret in CraterClan.

Below you'll find descriptions of the groups of animals that live in the outcrater! Most of them are cats, but the local dog pack has developed the ability to talk to cats due to years of radiation exposure. Each group has it's own lore and it's own way of life, but they're ALL wary of CraterClan.

🍀CURIANS🍀 An off-shoot of The Children of Geiger. A group of cats that refused to live the violent lives of the Children, these few cats were herbalists and wanted to practice their craft in peace. This group left the Children's territory and developed their own camp and territory. They devoted their time to learning herbs and developing new cures to the many ailments that the environment caused. These cats have lived for generations and to be a Curian is a high honor. They often help other outcrater cats that don't live in a group. 🐀RADS🐀 An off-shoot of The Children of Geiger. A group of cats that follow a true god, Rattnking. This group of cats sees the divine in all things rodent. They worship a god that was said to be the first creature that saw the good in getting mutated by the Crater, a giant mass of rats with a hive mind behind them. This is a violent and bloodthirsty group that often mauls outsiders on their territory. In many of the other groups' eyes this territory is basically Hell on Earth. ❇️CHILDREN OF GEIGER❇️ The first group of felines that developed after the star ate a hole through the earth. The Crater was a dangerous place, but the Outcrater wasn't any better or any safer. Legend says that a cat named Geiger was the first cat to suggest living in a group and taking care of one another. Geiger was also the first cat that taught others to heal, the first cat that taught others to fight together instead of against one another, the first cat that taught how to live in the outcrater properly. This group sees Geiger as a peaceful old man in legends, but in reality Geiger was bloodthirsty and barbarous. 🐲ATOM PACK🐲 The pack of dogs that live in the outcrater, most of these dogs are mutated beyond recognition, but the few that managed to avoid mutation have developed the skill of talking to cats, which makes their conflicts much more intense. The Atom Pack is sometimes peaceful and helpful and other times they are savage and cruel. CraterClan has a very rocky relationship with the dogs of The Atom Pack.

☢️ Craterclan's territory sits right in the middle of a crater, hence their name. Only skilled warriors ever leave the crater as the creatures that wander the outcrater are very dangerous. The rock tumble is the only safe way in and out of the crater. ☢️ Craterclan's camp lies in the highest part of the crater and is protected by a steep drop-off. There are two ways out of camp, though everyone is hesitant to use the exit behind The Edge. ☢️ The Moon Core room is Craterclan's way of contacting their ancestors. This room holds the core of the bomb that caused the crater hundreds of years ago. This core is still highly radioactive, but the only cats allowed to see it are medicine cats and leaders. Every visit to the core has the chance of causing injury/mutations to the cat present.

☢️MINOR FOUNDERS OF CRATERCLAN☢️

The minor founders of CraterClan, several of these cats come from beyond the crater, but after hearing Snakestar preach her sermons they found it interesting and joined! Seems as if Snakestar has found her charm in collecting these poor souls.
