There are only three kinds of people at the beach:
1. Kids running around and splashing and digging holes,
2. Parents and grandparents and every kind of really average person chilling out,
3. Like, two or three genuinely attractive people who are very invested in lying on blankets/ building little sand castles.
I cannot stress enough how nobody at the beach gives a flying fuck about how you look. You can show up 200lbs overweight, in a string bikini or jock strap, and NOBODY is gonna give a fuck. Everyone is doing their own thing, in their own imperfect bodies, and you are basically part of the scenery. Please stop agonizing over which shred of spandex makes you look "skinnier" and go blow that money on a good book or sunscreen instead.
