Rwby Season 9 Episode 5 Spoilers

People are crushed with jaunes new dilemma I personally love it. I still dunno how they'll deal with it after they leave magic land. But people are basically crushed that their ships are basically dead in the water....now hear me out.... Jaune X Winter, willow, raven, elm, Harriet, and Cinder if you want to be just plain sick. Jaune has reached official DILF status.

RWBY Roombas.

Random idea.

JNPR is the kinda team to paint lightning bolts on their Roomba, attach googly eyes, and give it a little shield and butter knife.

RWBY attaches four large steak knives on each side of it to ensure everyone would pick up their feet on the couch. Has a little Faunus rights symbol on the top.

CFVY's Roomba has scissors that snip your ankles if you walk anywhere near, and a small brail reading that was just Fox naming it Bitch after it cut his foot. Coco drew a Remnant equivalent of a Gucci logo on the side.

CRDL draws fake blood to scare other Roombas.

SSSN turned their Roomba into a Grimm, attaching spikes, knives, hair spray, and a lighter for maximum efficiency.

ABRN's Roomba is not armed, but has skater stickers and prayer beads with it at all times. It prays for other Roombas.

FNKI attaches a trumpet, flute, and tiny drums that are on a set loop to play one song as it cleans. Don't mind the switchblade, that's just security.

BRNZ's has seven Roomba's they impulsively send out whenever someone tries to enter their dorm. No weapons, no cosmetics, but you'll have a hard time getting around seven flying ground saucers.

Mercury and Neo modified ten Roombas with knives and make-shift flamethrowers to go around the dorm. They name the flamethrowers Cinder and modify four more with steak knives with notes asking for your money or your ankles, named Emerald.

Salem has four hundred Roombas floating around the castle that she's Magically modified to fly, shoot the elements and explode on impact with the Human body. Don't explode on impact with Faunus though, as Tyrian will impulsively pounce on them.

Glynda has four Roombas that slide around the room, one armed to explode if it comes into contact with Aura, except no one knows which one it is so all students lift their feet. None of them actually explode, but no ones ever bumped one to find out.

Slight change in pace, as the action shifts to team jnr and cinder. Oh yes, and we also got to see the rest of team CRDL and their new outfits, and Lil’ Miss’s fully unveiled design as well. Shall we take a gander? B)

Like Cardin and Russel, I was looking at rpg-team-makeup type designs and dynamics for all of Team CRDL. If Cardin was the paladin and Russel was the rogue, then Dove I decided would be the swordsman. Kinda generic on the surface, but with a lot of hidden depth and variety. The cowl makes him feel a bit more medieval than the other boys, haha, almost like a fat friar? Course, most of that’s his armor being designed to bulge out ;), kinda like onion knight in dark souls. Unusual designs like his are fun to work with.

Sky was actually the one I was most excited to work on out of the whole team. I’ve always though he was the handsomest boy in the group, and he always felt the most like Cardin’s right-hand man, even if literally nothing in canon confirmed such an idea. xD For him, I saw him as the lancer of the group. He’s also the only one who got a weapon redesign, albeit mostly just some small tweaking while keeping a lot of the main elements. Since I drew Sky as having sustained a major leg injury all the way back in Fixing Vol.3 (hello past me!), I thought it would be interesting to incorporate that fact in his later design as an older huntsman. His weapon was redesigned with more accessibility in mind, giving it some supportive qualities so it can act like a crutch when he needs something to lean on. I think his halberd was probably a rifle in the past, but here I changed it to a shotgun since those are especially good at close ranges and would put less strain on Sky needing to hold up his weapon to aim, now he can just point it in the general direction and spray. I also added an armored leg brace to his design. He can walk okay without it, but in high-stress situations, I thought it was better for him to have as much support as he could get, in case his knee starts acting up in combat. Designing physical accommodations for characters is fun, and is something I’d like to do more of in the future!

The design for Lil’ Miss was actually basically decided since as far back as volume 5! She was designed by bofukeypok over on twitter, another instance of another sketchy huntsman inventing a design that me and butterfly fell in love with and just decided to canonize. The only changes I made to bofukeypok’s design were some coloring tweaks, simplifying some elements, the shoes, the tattoo, and adding in the detail that Lil’ Miss’s hair is actually a wig she wears(hey, way easier than actually trying to style her hair into those big spider buns every day xD). She’s super fun to draw, and I’m so glad so many people in the premiere liked her design as well!

in the Orphan au Ilia is the baby which I'm sure she gets teased about all the time. but what happens to racists that try to bully her like you a Teacher a second year and 4 first years after your ass.

"Winchester."

Cardin froze, the voice calling to him chilled him to the bone, wrapping it's veiny tendrils around the marrow and squeezing.

"Ye...yes Professor Arc?"

Behind him, he could feel her very presence, the heat permeating off of her very soul.

If looks could kill, he would have been smouldering ash at this point.

"What are you doing to Ms. Arc?"

Though Ilia didn't need assistance, she was still prone to bullying, verbal or physical due to her age and race.

"N...nothing! We were just having a good ol time! As friends!"

"Cardin was trying to harass me again, like making fun of the way my skin feels is going to bother me. Jaune likes it." Those last words were spoken at a whisper so no one else could hear it.

"I see... Winchester, CRDL, to my office... now. It seems detention isn't the right course of action for you repeat offenders."

They could neither argue, nor try to fight back, the very hairs on their arms practically sparking as Cinder forced them forward.

"You will learn Winchester, you will learn."

I know you said for CRDL that it looks like only Cardin was designed with an allusion in mind and I wonder did you know that in early volume rwby people had theories about them and the top one was that the team was going to be an anti-JNPR? Because of Cardin and Jaunes whole thing people thought the others would be based after rivals for the rest of the team. Dove was Hector of Troy, while for Russel and Lark there was some debate. Lark was Loki while Russel could've been either Jormungandr or Robin Hood. Obviously its weird that Robin Hood was a theory but it was cool to see people have fun.

actually this would’ve been really interesting to see, but i might’ve wanted them to have more of an impact on the story if they were going to have such important references to jnpr’s allusions. especially since team jnpr are already the b team & were sucking up so much screen time even so.

however as a small like, fun tidbit to get for them then i’d like it!
