No labels as to maker or fabric content, may be a polyester blend. It is heavy. In nice condition, does have one tiny hole in the lining that I noticed.
Length – 31 1/2" Cape has a structured shoulder area. The inside shoulder seam to shoulder seam is 16". On the outside it is 17" across shoulder seam to shoulder seam.
Another measurement that is probably important is the slit opening for the arms – it is 12" down from the shoulder seam and the opening is 8" long. Source: Etsy.com
