VEGAN CREAM OF SPINACH coconut milk (400ml) Spinach (2lbs) Garlic (3cloves med size - minced) Onion (1/4 chopped) Olive oil Salt Pepper Cumin - heat up oil and add garlic and onion. Sauté until translucent. Add spinach, salt, pepper and cumin to taste. Sauté until spinach wilts. Add coconut milk, allow to boil. Boil 1 min.
