What could the kits look like if the mother was white with a brown mask and mantle, and the father was a golden/cream tabby?

I’m going to assume you mean brown mask and mantle tabby, since it’s far more common than chocolate, which is the only way to get solid brown on a cat.

Male kits will be black/brown, female kits will be torties. 

If both parents carry solid, each kit will have a 25% chance of being solid. Otherwise, every kit will be a tabby. 

If the mother carries dilute, each kit will have a 50% chance of being dilute (black/brown > grey, tortie > blue-cream tortie). Otherwise, every kit will be non-dilute.

With a mask-and-mantle pattern (which is about 50% white spotting), the mother could either have one copy of the white spotting allele or two. If she has one, each kit will have a 50% chance of having 0-60% white spotting. If she has two, every kit will have 0-60% white spotting. This is, of course, assuming that the tom doesn’t have any white spotting on him to pass on.

What would the kits of a cream mackerel tabby tom with 30% white spotting and a silver classic tabby molly with 40% white look like? Both are short hair and the cream mackerel tom has the genetic black.

Well, every kit will be shorthaired. All the male kits will be black, all the female kits will be tortoiseshell.

If the molly carries dilute, each kit has a 50/50 chance of being dilute (black/brown > grey, tortie > blue-cream tortie). Otherwise, they will all be non-dilute.

If both parents carry the solid gene, each kit has a 25% chance of being solid. If either parent does not carry the solid gene, every kit will be some variety of tabby. If the tom carries the classic tabby gene, each tabby kit will have a 50/50 chance of being mackerel tabby vs. classic tabby. Otherwise, every tabby kit will be a mackerel tabby.

If the molly carries the non-silver gene, each kit will have a 50/50 chance of being silver (or smoke, if solid) vs. non-silver. Otherwise, every kit will be silver (or smoke, if solid). 

Each kit has a 50% chance of having 0-60% white spotting, a 25% chance of having 40-100% white spotting, and a 25% chance of having no white spotting whatsoever.

I have a longhaired, cream mackerel tabby (who carries classic tabby) tom with blue eyes. (Either ojos azules gene, or because of ocular albinism, but I'm not sure about the genetics for either...) and a longhaired, chocolate classic tabby molly with 40% white spotting. What sort of kits might they be able to have together?

Okay, your possible colors depends on what genes the cats carry. All the female kits will be some variety of tortoiseshell and all the male kits will be non-red colored. If the tom doesn’t carry chocolate and the molly doesn’t carry dilute, your female kits will all be torties and your male kits will all be black (if solid, brown tabbies with black stripes if tabbies, see below). If the tom carries chocolate, the kits will have about a 50% chance each of being chocolate (or chocolate tortoiseshell) instead. If the molly carries dilute, each kit will have a 50% chance of being dilute (black -> blue, chocolate -> lilac, tortoiseshell -> blue-cream tortie, chocolate tortie -> lilac-cream tortie). 

If both the tom and the molly carry the non-agouti gene, each kit will have a 25% chance of being solid. Otherwise, all the kits will be tabbies. Each tabby kit will have a 50% chance of being mackerel tabby and a 50% chance of being classic tabby. About half the kits will have some white (but less than half) and about half won’t have any white. All the kits will be longhaired.

As for blue eyes, ojos azules is incredibly rare and comes with other complications, so I advise against using it to give your non-white cat blue eyes. I’m not really familiar with what you call ocular albinism outside of it sometimes being used to describe the normal situation of cats with white having blue eyes. Cream is a pretty light color already, so it would be a better idea to give him some white spotting around his face for him to have blue eyes. If that’s the case, all the kittens will have some white on them and about half will have more than half white. If you’re really set on him having no white, though, ojos azules is dominant so about half the kits would end up with ojos azules as well.

Well, what would the likely kittens be if the brown mackerel torbie she cat was carrying dilute and I kept the tomcat as the cream mackerel tabby with 40% tuxedo pattern white spotting he is?

The father will need to be a cream tabby or ginger tabby carrying dilute! Also with either no white or less than 50% white.

That being said, the mother will need to carry dilute and non-ticked
