Your mood board came out way cute, and I love it.
I use Canva to make mine, its a process, especially to get the gif style.
You'll need to find of make the gifs you want to use, upload and arrange them how you like, then when you download them you'll want to download it as an mp4 (you get better quality that way) then run ot through an mp4 to gif converter I like this one.
