Hmmmm.... I've been thinking about the idea of a mad monarch route where MC is the villain and the hero is their kid...

1.Would you prefer it being a fan-made very short IF game(I'm a newbie at coding in Twine) strictly as a fanart or would you like it more as a fanfiction?

2.How would it sound if the hero or more specifically the heroes of the story were MC's twin kids who both have the mark? One of the twins(the weaker one)will be declared dead to the monarch because of an unknown sickness or poison (a ploy by the consort or the consorts to at least save one of them from the harsh life) and while the dead body is being prepared for the funeral,the twin is sent away to be kept hidden in a safe place so they can live a normal life while the body that is going to be buried is replaced by another dead body (the monarch won't have the chance to watch the dead body since it's not normal for that lunatic to do so but they'll attend the funeral). Both the twins made a promise with eachother that one day they will meet again. And so the story begins....

If it is a game: The player will have the option to play as one or both the twins so that they can follow the story on both sides.It's mostly going to follow the preparations of the twins inside and outside of the palace for a revolt to overthrow their parent and how they deal with the possibility of having to kill their parent if necessary.

I have to say I'm really really flattered you got this inspired and your idea is so interesting!

Have you decided wether the monarch will have a single consort/partner or the harem? Where are you thinking to place the second twin and in what environment/conditions?

In Epic Mickey 3 (my AU version) I believe Prescott is 24 {in EM1,18. & in EM2,20} and would become the forgotten warrior and the protector of Wasteland. And if other toons would come to Mickey's journey in Wasteland, Anna and Prescott would make the best of friends. ~X-Over Anon

You liked playing video games. It was a good way to blow some steam and lazy around the house. It’s even a better way to make friends / enemies and spend the day socializing without actually moving. Your team was consisted of people you talked to and knew. Playing and kicking people’s ass was a lot of fun. It’s even funnier when they got mad and started mouthing off only for your team to roast them. You can still remember it you playing with your friends and a gruff voice yelling obscenity at you for killing him was met by your giggles and roasts. He got more and more angry even his teammates joined you all into making fun of him suddenly they all disconnected leaving your team alone in the lobby. You kept playing with that weird guy teammates as he seemed to not want to play anymore. It was fun and all but your devices started behaving weirdly. Suddenly your close friends started getting weird messages from you and many of your guys friend were blocked. You changed the passwords and even the email but even your emails started sending weird mails. Sometimes when you’re doing mundane thing you’ll notice your phone camera working and sometimes your PCs too. It’s gotten so creepy you decided to tap all cameras all together you didn’t need that in your life. The next day a child like voice woke up with an eerily cheerfulness. “I was so worried about you !” Looking up to a stranger looking down at you wasn’t what you wake up to. Your screams were immdetly muffled as he giggled and told you off. You were a lot of fun ! When he gamed with the troupe and started roasting grumpy nobunaga he never laughed harder. Your texts showed him the other side of you as he couldn’t help digging deeper and deeper frowing and telling off / blocking anyone who seemed to be a threat. He can’t let such an entertaining person slip from his hand ! You’re a cute little butterfly whos in his web and you’re his now.

I'm already thinking of the speech my MC will speak to the people once he takes back the throne. Here's what I'm thinking so far

"despite the wishes of many of you, I have returned. I have returned and found my kingdom in economic ruin, with families struggling just to buy bread and stave off starvation. I have returned to find my kingdom once again in the cycle of war, with sons and daughters dying in forgien lands for the pettiness of a ruler who doesn't care. With resources that could have been used to help the struggling people of this great land instead being wasted on pointless war. After what you have done to me, I have every right to leave you. Leave you all to bury yourselves in the grave you have dug for yourself. But I won't. I still desire to serve you. To bring you back from the brink, to show you the virtues of peace and diplomacy, to give you freedoms you previously had not dreamed of. I want to show you all that we have more worth then our skill with the blade. I still wish to show you kindness. I urge you to not confuse my kindness with weakness though. A very beautiful speech if I do say so myself! Probably very effective too, not too harsh but enough to get the point across.

And considering how much MC's magic grew in their captivity, MC is indeed someone you absolutely don't want against you

The monarch will have a single consort instead of the harem just to keep things less complicated. I would like to place the second twin in possibly the consort's family's lands if they are far from the capital. The child will live a more normal life then the first twin but will be thought of as a tool to be used nonetheless (especially if I use Naja's family).The first and stronger twin is going to live the spartan training life. They are going to come to HATE the monarch but will endure everything just so they get stronger and get the revenge one day.They use cinning tactics to get in the monarch's good graces and to be thought of as a loyal dog but in reality the monarch is raising a wolf in sheep's clothing (they are the twin who would consider even killing the monarch while the srcond twin wouls be the ine more likely to stop them from doing it).

Kaela's whereabouts are quite a spoiler for now so I'd avoid them, you could go for Val's family (which they have limited contacts with) if you want a more humble setting or Val's family (you'd have Val's brother and his two spouses as heads of the noble house). Up to you if you want them to know who the twin is, though if they do I'd imagine them to be quite weary and afraid of the monarch - one of the spouses has a soft heart, however, so they'd push on the potential political use of the twin to give them shelter.

I like the different approaches of the twin and I like that you included the abusive training for the first one.
