Congratulations to WOODWORK, the winner of the POST PRODUCTION CGI category for the Creative Awards at CONNECTIONS BERLIN 2018. In 2018 Amsterdam bike brand VanMoof launched a new direction for their business, by introducing VanMoof+. A monthly subscription plan allowing anyone to ride a high tech bike for a low tech price. VanMoof trusted WOODWORK taking their first ever step into the animation world. They took on the challenge to take their brand design to the next level and set it into motion. Next to this they worked closely together to create a visually interesting and understandable story to help sell their new subscription plan. Staying true to their minimalist brand identity, WOODWORK developed their visual language further in order to bring across the story and details of the subscription plan. The future just rolled up. Congratulations to BOSE COLLINS, the winner of the POST PRODUCTION CGI category for the Creative Awards at CONNECTIONS NEW YORK 2018 National Geographic commissioned Bose Collins to conceptualise and create a stunning vision summarising the extraordinary scientific developments in the manipulation of DNA for the cover of their famous magazine in August 2016. Created entirely in CG, we built a beautiful DNA helix featuring only animals who’s DNA is part of this groundbreaking work. Having dreamed of designing a National Geographic magazine cover our entire professional lives, this was a joy, and a lifetimes ambition fulfilled. Gucci commissioned artist and photographer, Coco CAPITÁN, to create a series of handwritten musings to grace a capsule collection of Gucci apparel and accessories, which she also photographed for the brand’s advertising campaign.
