Here I am in one of my "happy places", sitting inside the fireplace in the antique kitchen of Sant' Anna in Camprena. This was were most of the meals were made when monks still inhabited this sacred place. It is a privilege to share its history - to break bread and share wine with old and new friends, warm ourselves by the fire, and contemplate all the events that have transpired here over the past 800 years.
