Fae Luffy
I just like the idea of a fae Luffy. Also read some fic's about it on AO3 and LOVED it. I need more, damn it!
My idea here is that this Luffy is not a "Full" fae. Garp is a full fae, while Dragon is part fae and part human. Leaving Luffy as mixed up as a trail mix bag since Luffy's mother wasn't a fae at all, but she was part human. He sometimes gets odd looks from other spirits/creatures who are able to sense his strange aura.
(Fun fact: When Luffy is in his fae form, he is x2 bigger than his human form, and eventually Dadan had to make him some pants out of old blankets.")
(This was the first drawing I did of fae Luffy. In the newer one, I gave him shorter ears).
Garp has beaten it into Luffy that when around other people, except Dadan, he needs to be in his human form since the majority of the population thinks fae are either extinct or myths.
Luffy is also not known for following the rules or traditions of fae. He does what he wants, even if it pisses Garp off. But luckily, so far, that is the only promise Luffy has managed to keep with Garp. Even if he thinks it'll be fun to show the crew.
