We need to keep telling these stories, not only so [residential school] survivors can feel that they've been heard, but also, in response to that terrible question that we just keep hearing over and over again: why can't we just get over it?
Author, poet, lawyer and activist Michelle Good, whose mother and grandmother both were residential schools survivors.
