You should have these Ghoulish Halloween Cupcakes at your Halloween party. They will add a creepy and tasty touch to your party with their mix of chocolatey goodness and scary decorations.
Ingredients: 1 box of chocolate cake mix. 1 cup of water. 1/2 cup of vegetable oil. 3 large eggs. 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. 1 cup of orange frosting. 1 cup of black frosting. 30 candy eyeballs. Black licorice strings. Green food coloring. Purple food coloring.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a cupcake pan with Halloween-themed cupcake liners. In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, water, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined. Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into a cupcake comes out clean. Let the cupcakes cool completely on a wire rack. Once the cupcakes are cool, frost half of them with orange frosting and half with black frosting, creating a two-tone effect. To make the monster eyes, use candy eyeballs and place them on top of the orange-frosted cupcakes. For the mummy cupcakes, cut black licorice strings into small pieces and arrange them on top of the black-frosted cupcakes to create the mummy's bandages. To make the creepy green and purple spiderwebs, mix green food coloring with a small portion of the remaining white frosting and purple food coloring with another portion. Transfer each colored frosting to a piping bag fitted with a fine tip. Pipe spiderwebs onto the corresponding cupcakes, creating a spooky effect. Serve these ghoulish Halloween cupcakes at your party and watch your guests delight in the spooky deliciousness!
