LOOKBOOK SERIES: Valentine’s Day Charity Gala, with @charlottewrenn
If she hasn’t promised Lotta, she’d have still been in Atlanta for the League’s kick off weekend. Her plane touches down in Seattle three hours before the gala, and it takes two hours to drive home; then between cooking and unpacking and still working she gets ready for an event that she’s much less comfortable attending— but the excitement from her weekend away at work can’t be wiped from her eyes. It’s a brief departure from the Seattle Triumph’s jersey or hoodie, and it’s jarring to put on heels, but in the end the simple ensemble thankfully works. The dress is something pulled from the very back of her closet, last worn during the 2019 Esports Awards— high neckline, cinched waist, asymmetrical hem coming together as something more delicate, more feminine than she usually feels. The gold bracelet was bought years ago to go with the dress. The natural makeup and glowing skin is merely a staple, and of course... There’s a pashmina shawl not quite warm enough for her liking over her shoulders (not pictured).
