So today was a day for Olives and Wine! We spent the day up in the mountains learning about the importance of olive oils and Cretan wines! The most amazing thing to me is that this island grows and raises everything it needs to sustain itself! From the meats to the vegetables to the fruits to the wines to the wonderful olive oils! Amazing!
