Jonah hadn’t really put too much thought into a costume so he had decided to simply go dressed as a stereotypical nerd. He had been having a few drinks when someone had informed him that they had seen Cricket. Instantly, he had made it his mission to find his brother soon after and once he did, he was careful to approach, “Hey, it’s just me. You okay?”

Thea waited until everything had calmed down. She knew where he would be sitting and she knew where to find him. She was slow in her steps as she then stood there for a moment before finding her voice, “Cricket... can I talk to you?”

   Roxanne didn’t mind Cricket’s quietness. Nor did she take to heart the way his replies were sometimes short. She still enjoyed his company nonetheless. Although he had agreed to help her, she knew she also had to know how to do it herself. The girl walked into the empty classroom that they agreed to meet at and took a seat in front of him. “Thank you for showing me how to do it. I don’t want to fail and someone end up getting hurt somehow because of me.”

   Jonah was usually really good at finding his brother regardless of the time of day. He walked outside to where he found him more often than not and spotted him in his usual spot. Jonah didn’t hesitate to approach him. He enjoyed the time he spent with the other even if they just sat there in silence. Jonah then took a seat next to him, looking out towards the lake, “Mind if I join you for a bit?” He questioned.
