Oops I forgot to post this here, I’m (trying) participating in the klance trope month and seeing this is my absolute favorite from the old days I went a little extra.
I also stand that we should collectively bring back lovebug content in 2026… just putting it out there…. (Also trope calendar under the cut)
Love your spidey-lance au so much! And if you dont mind I have a few curious questions :))
1, how did lance and pidge meet? If/when they figure out he's spiderman, do they begin making gagets for him? Whats the group dynamic like with our trio of hunk-pidge-lance?
2, can we learn more about lance's family? Do they live in cuba or the us? Does him being spiderman affect his relationships with his parents and siblings? Does he have an uncle ben or canon event (Aside from prowler keith)?
Lance and Pidge met when she first got to uni ( 6 months after he and hunk) she’ shares lots of classes with hunk since they’re both engineer majors and the 3 became friends all together
Pidge figures out Lance is Spider-Man waaay after that but she suspected something was going on for some time. while klance figure their shit out she keeps trying to convince hunk lace might be spiderman while he tries to cover for Lance
They only find out for real after a rough fight Lance gets pretty beat up, he has to stay away from classes to hide his injuries but pidge figures it out and goes to their room to confront him and hunk about the whole thing. In the end she just wants to help and offers to work on some gadgets to help them in missions she’s just beaming at the thought of designing stuff for a superhero.
She and hunk help him with hard missions from afar and spent a lot of time together between class designing new stuff for lances suit or just doing stupid shit
As in for lances family: most of them still live in Cuba, except for Veronica who lives in the same city as Lance for work and is the closest family he’s got for the last few years since they used to live together before he went to uni. Hes in contact with the rest of his family but hasn’t seen them in a while bc he’s #broke
He does have a canon event (I got quite a few asks abt this) but I’m still formulating it so I’ll explain it better in another post…
AND FINNALY I need to clarify this is NOT a prowler Keith au, (smth I also got a lot of questions about) here he’s more in mj’s (and even Harry’s if you dig a bit) role from Tobeys trilogy tho I’m taking inspo from all spidey media :)
