Indulge in a flavorful twist on traditional stuffed chicken with this pepperoni-crusted version. Each bite is bursting with gooey cheese, savory marinara sauce, and crispy pepperoni, making it a satisfying meal for any occasion.
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1/2 cup marinara sauce. 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning. Salt and pepper, to taste.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast with a sharp knife. Put olives, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni slices in each pocket. Put Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and mix them together. Put an equal amount of the mixture on top of each chicken breast. In a baking dish, put the chicken breasts that have been stuffed. Put it in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken is done and the topping is golden brown. Enjoy while hot!

Cook Time: 30 minutes
