this might be my favourite piece ive made in a while

I thumbnailed a bunch of concepts for my ocs story & world and im so excited to draw them all!!!!!

I've decided to call the world anemoia. It was either hyraeth or anemoia, they both mean similar things (a sad nostalgic feeling) which is really fitting for a universe where the gods are walking 2000s aesthetics. I ended up leaning into nostalgia pretty hard with the theming and metaphors too.

And the story behind the creation of the world itself was that it came from wyrm and her desires to return to a simpler time. She just kinda threw a bunch of stuff together and it became what it is now!

The world is a sort of collab project between all the gods so there will be different parts that have different vibes, but this is what I imagine the central area as constructed by wyrm.

i also caught the animatic bug again and now have a full length animation i need to get out of my brain.. someday soon maybe

the timelapse is a little fucked because i tried using clip studios timelapse feature halfway through, and im a freak who works on a massive 600dpi canvas but only in the corner. sorry it looks so bad lol. ill stick with obs from now on

The funny thing about a plushie theme is I designed wyrm originally with the expectation I'd be crocheting them eventually.
