Okay so—
I gave Jemis Page because he does spend a lot of time earlier on getting trampled and later on is very… He's kind of an inflection point, later on? He could almost be Witch but he very seldom tries to make as big an impact as he does.
Jemis gets Life because of the literal healing and because he finds a way somehow.
Peregrine gets Heir because he is going to bring big changes, he is likely going to be the Lady's heir, and things just kind of spring up in his path a lot.
Space because he's going to be building something, he's a new beginning.
Violet gets Rogue because she is good at working around people and also kinda sorta avoids dealing with her own issues when possible.
She gets Time because in some ways she can symbolize the current probably unsustainable state of affairs — the Lady withdrawn, Indrilline influence everywhere, people scrambling just to stay afloat — so, endings, death, etc.
Hal gets Knight because he stood up for Jemis at the end in Morrowlea, because he's dedicated to doing the right thing with the power he has.
Heart because he has a whole short story about wanting to figure out who he was besides Duke.
Roald gets Bard because he's being such a Bard. —Okay, what I mean is he's been going around inspiring a lot of secondhand embarrassment and "what the fuck" from people who know him. Once the truth comes out there's less secondhand embarrassment but still much what the fuck.
Roald gets Blood because he took up this task and role out of loyalty and responsibility.
We don't actually know much about Jullanar Maebh so I probably shouldn't have included her but I had the opportunity to add another female character so I did. She gets Seer because from what we've seen she has an idea of the way things are supposed to go/be and doesn't care for being wrong (not that you can entirely blame her with the Interesting Times conga line she was thrown into), so that's 'sees other people in the abstract' and 'try telling them they're wrong'.
Breath I don't have much justification for.
Maid for Hope is a little weak in terms of mythological role but looking at it as creation class and tying to Aspect—
Light because she is a natural scientist and pursues knowledge and understanding.
I was reluctant to include Lark and I wasn't going to but I had an odd number. Lark is obviously Thief.
Lark gets the Aspect Hope because she steals hope, she steals magic; she has things she wants and she takes them.
if you recieved an ask regarding nsr classpects i might have some ideas as to the artist's aspects, so DJSS is space [duh] sayu is either heart or hope [probably moreso hope] yinu is life [and not just in the flower stuff either] neon j is doom [1010 can't be classpected as they have the sameish personas to each other and they're creations of j's] eve is mind and tatiana i have a solid class for as she is a prince of time
Ok I have to put a fuckin read more cos if my response is too long for workin on it in fuckin DISCORD it's too long to be without a read more
I-I think I see where you're coming from? Like-aesthetic and abilities right? Which... isn't quite how classpects work.
Space is a visual-arts based aspect as far as themes and symbolism go. This is shown in both canon Virgos, n might have also been shown in Jade (I haven't fully read homestuck in a year, so I don't recall) This doesn't really fit him! It's more equal to Eve's approach, n I'll revisit that.
I'd say DJ would probably be an indigo Knight of Light. This is because he acts very high and mighty, very good with his knowledge and skill, but there are several things, such as his opinion on Pluto, which could very well be deep insecurities showing through. No doubt that space head of his was probably volatile when he was younger, and might still be, with the black hole-esque effect after his helmet was broken in the last stage of his fight. Indigo feels like the right caste for him for the reason that he's the sort of person to hurt someone accidentally with a brash word, and, even if he regrets it, may not take those words back. Indigos are also the type of people to be enthusiastic about their interests (like space!!!) and be able to lift others up when they're in a good mood.
Sayu does feel like a Hope player doesn't she? I agree with you there. She seems like an olive blood heir specifically. Olives are known to be wonderful friends, with amazing luck on knowing when to cheer others up. Heirs 'inherit' thier aspect, and gain power through their deep connection to it. An Heir of Hope wouldn't really believe in consequences, instead traveling along with nary a ruffled feather. This corresponds well with how Sayu was in her fight, not believing B2J was a threat until near the very end of her battle.
I can see where you're coming from with Yinu as a Life player. To me, she seems like a lime Page of Heart. She's trying to find herself. Her own work, her own style, her own way. Her mother however, who seems like a purple Sylph of Blood to me, is muddling that by interfering and screwing up Yinu's attempts. This isn't intentional of course, but the end is the same. As for the castes, Yinu seems lime because she's generally collected (as much as she can be for her age) but explodes into anger when provoked, and her mother is very fixated on her goals of keeping Yinu and her career safe, as well as a very solid person with the life we see her leading.
I completely disagree with your stance on 1010. Full stop. They are canonly shown to each have distinct and separate personas, and no doubt who they are under that is very different from each other as well. The only reason I am unable to fully classpect them is because they aren't very fleshed out. We see personality, but not enough of it to make a legitimate statement. Now, thier captain, Neon J, well. We don't really know what he was like before the war! But you can rule out some classes, like Sylph and Prince, based on how those classes interact with others. What I do know is I can see him as a jade Doom player. He is the type to be very strict about rules and requirements, to the point of being very nitpicky about it and annoying others with that. Jade is also a caste very much associated with taking care of others, which could definitely be his situation with Yinu & 1010!
Eve is an interesting person. My initial thought for her is Space because of its links to the visual arts, but that doesn't really fit as well when you consider everything. I'd say a better fit is a fuchsia Page of Heart. Fuchsias aren't easy to understand from an outside perspective, that much is known. That is lent to by the fact that they're lost in thier own mind, goals, wishes, and dreams much of the time. Pages don't have much skill with thier aspect at first, and since Heart is about oneself, that really makes sense with her journey as we see it.
Tatiana to me SEEMED a teal Maid of Doom. But I took a long think n she fits better as a Bard of Hope!!!! At first, she was lost in her own interests and dream, seeing the ideal side of the Goolings, as well as everything that went with. When things piled up n she realized the issues, she unintentionally gave her classpect full control and ripped her (at the time) current life APART. She entirely changed everything, even banning rock when it was brought up to her again. When the revolution happened, she came back to her senses and began to make reparations.
For B2J, May feels like a lime Witch of Time (same reasons as Yinu for caste. They're p chill until provoked) & Zuke like a bronze Mage of Space. Witches are often cheerful or bright, and rebel against parts of thier aspect, twisting it into something unexpected. Some of Time's symbolism encapsulates things like music, destruction, and toxic masculinity. I feel like May might have had to deal with toxic masculinity, due to being more rough and tumble than girls are expected to be in the majority of society, especially with rock being such a male dominated genre. She's shown to be fairly destructive, even unintentionally, such as destroying Yinu's rose stage and piano at the end of that fight (piano was definitely unintentional, but with the sound chosen? May swung her guitar right at the gold rose with destructive intent. At least the rose. Yinu's defeat cover also shows an intentional wrecking of the piano), and wrecking Sayu & 1010's reputation. Bronzes are introverts in the way how everyone seems to see introverts. They're often quiet, and don't really speak up if they get annoyed about an interruption in thier routine. They also stick to thier interests, and often look for creature comforts. I'd say Zuke's a Mage of Space because of his significant connection to the arts, and the big picture view he seems to foster. Mage in particular for how much good and bad all of that has done to his life, and the things its shown to have taught him.
Lastly, DK West seems like an indigo Prince of Blood. Indigo for the same reasons as DJ, except fully canon. Princes are known to destroy thier aspect, with thier challenge being to get that under control in order to connect with others, which is difficult because thier relationships never seem to work out right. Sound familiar? Blood as an aspect symbolizes connections, ties to family and friends and culture and a person's roots. DK shows all of this. He has a powerful connection to Vinyl City, Deep destructive ties to both his brother, Zuke, and and old friend, (from his perspective) Eve. He's very in tune with Malay culture, which, Malasia is both where the game came from, and the location it's based on. There a LOT of references to this. He's also very in tune with the people of the city as a whole, with his music stirring a near revolution, despite the fact he doesn't want it to.
--
So yeah. That turned out MUCH longer than I thought it would (took up 3 whole pages in my notes app) and I hope that it makes sense.
EDIT: I fuckin forgot our resident garbage rock man!!!! So yea, here he is
Kliff is probably a rust. He feels like a rust, ESPECIALLY with the stirring up trouble n helping along the revolution shindig, which is, according to the ez, a rust thing. Classpect wise, I'd say he's probably a Thief of Breath? He saw his chance & stole B2J's autonomy in thier Own Revolution to get back at Tatiana for what he saw as the greater good. If that's how he was now, I can imagine he was something similar during the Goolings prime, which doesn't help his case.
Anyway a couple other crossover classpect selections I have with no attached scenario—

I started trying to clean up my Song of Ice and Fire SBURB/classpects thing for AO3 only to discover that, in fact, I may not have touched it for a year or more but that doesn't mean I'm actually satisfied with the most recent player roster or classpect sorting. Does not help that I haven't even been reading fic in this fandom lately but
What I do have is a beginning I like—
They were peddled as curiosities and toys -- trinkets after the style of Old Valyria! They were like large bronze eggs, about the size of an apple, which opened like lockets to reveal tiny mirrors on one side and some sort of intricate interlocking metal wheels on the other.
Somehow it never occurred to anyone to take them apart for their valuable components.
The people they were given to were very attached to them, and fascinated by them, and tended to keep them on their persons at all times. After a few weeks they mostly didn't even really notice they were wearing an oddly large pendant.
No one else seemed to notice the eggs at all.
Even under circumstances where they really should have.
Even if they were pointed out, no one else ever tried to take them — they might take everything else, but never the bronze egg — and they forgot quickly.
Certainly no one ever thought anything strange was going on. They were just toys, baubles, funny things to amuse children or girls or boys not grown up yet. Nothing of real interest. Any thoughts of how unnatural the lack of attention was just.… slipped away.
(Later on the [Samwell classpect] would wonder if maybe they were Valyrian. In a bad way. But no one described the Doom of Valyria as flaming rocks falling out of the sky.)
And then the [Daenerys classpect] in a house of Undying tripped a trigger she didn't know was there, and far away in a crypt, the [Bran classpect] awoke to a pendant gone suddenly warm.
—and then thoughts.
Daenerys is pretty solidly Witch of Rage.
Sansa is pretty solidly Maid of Hope.
Arya is the Time player, for associations with death (even though I'm sending her into the Medium before she can leave for Braavos). Class is probably Rogue, though I thought about Thief.
Bran is the Space player. Class might be Seer (for Seeing, plus "relates to other people in the abstract" and "try telling them they're wrong. I dare you.") or Bard (for the lack of boundaries and general WTFery of body-borrowing), or maybe Mage (active understanding).
Jon is probably Prince of Void, though Heir could do.
Robb is the/a Heart player, probably Heir, though I thought about Knight. He'd be Knight if the Game had grabbed him early enough in the plot.
Samwell is the/a Light player, and probably Mage. I've also considered noncanon class Gnome [passive accumulation class, tilts male, with a ''mythological role" similar to Sylph?] Or he could be Sylph, actually…
Theon is either Thief or Bard. (He has the selfishness for Thief but I don't know about the flair. Being kind of a creeper at times fits for Bard, and he can be embarrassing, and there's the general WTFery.) Aspect is either Blood or Breath, because he's desperate for both connections and freedom.
And I think that exhausts the list of 'people I would definitely include'. However, the gender ratio is unbalanced, and Danaerys is definitely the odd one out, and there are lot of other young-ish characters in the books with miserable fates that getting yoinked into a Game session never to return might actually improve…
Jeyne Poole would probably be Page or something noncanon, and maybe Life? Or maybe noncanon Aspect Bone [caution, indecision, taking a supporting role].
Gendry could be Rage or Doom, and maybe Knight? Or I have him as noncanon 'Clerk' in one of my drafts but I'm not sure what that's meant to signify…
Shireen I have down as Sylph, but Page might be better. For aspect I have Doom or noncanon Grief [conflict (vs. peace), struggle (vs. acceptance), chaos (vs. order)]… actually maybe she'd be better with Peace [peace (vs. conflict), order (vs. chaos), acceptance (vs. struggle)]?
Margaery would be the/a Mind player. She could be Sylph. She could also be Bard, or noncanon class Dame [mythological role "the dame walked into my office and I knew she was trouble"].
Jeyne Westerling would probably be Breath player, and either Page or something noncanon.
Quentyn I've considered for Mage, Seer, Knight, and Heir. I'm leaning Knight? I shouldn't be considering him for anything I did not read that book carefully enough. For Aspect, Doom? Or noncanon Stone [permanence, stability, not reactivity or responsiveness]?
Myrcella would probably be a Blood player, or I also have Life down apparently? Class either Maid or something noncanon.
Loras could be Heir or Prince? Or Knight, I suppose, or something noncanon. If we're repeating classes/aspects he's probably Heir of Mind. If not, something of noncanon Aspect Charm.
Arianne would probably be Breath or noncanon Fire [transitoriness, reactivity] or Nerve [Recklessness. Impulse. Decisiveness. Taking control.] Maid works well, but she could carry Thief.
Podrick is another candidate for Life. And another candidate for Page, for that matter. Or some noncanon possibilities.
And I don't even have that much of an idea for Tommen or Gilly but I'm not sure I don't want them included…
Okay, I have a roster for a nice reasonable session taking off taking off sometime in the first couple Trials of Apollo books, the Triumvirate pushes a button they shouldn't have, with a roster featuring Seven+Nico, Reyna, Thalia, Will, and Meg. But if I do write this, I will not be writing the reasonable version. I will be writing the unreasonable version, including MC and KC.
In fact I already have a prophecy for the unreasonable version:
Timers count, machines appear / Fate new-spun is already here / Stone stars will fall from alien skies / Twelve and twelve and twelve must rise
Twelve children of the wandering gods / Twelve touch two worlds despite the odds / Twelve their mortal life have ceded / Three games to win or all's defeated
For hope to return from the quest / Solve each puzzle, pass each test / For hope that home will still be there / Smash the veils the earth to spare
But what comes of it after game's end / Will on the choices of the gods depend
That's right, three twelve-person sessions, because... reasons. --Because I kept wanting not to leave out various people and then had to keep things balanced, actually.
Whose fault is it? Interesting question. But somebody or somebodies did it on purpose. It was distributed as a fun and innocuous game on purpose. Utgard-Loki was almost certainly involved. Prometheus was almost certainly involved. But it wasn't just them.
I have quite a few notes on entry sequence, and people who were planning to play together but the game wouldn't allow them to connect because they're in different sessions, and people who were not planning to play together but ended up connected, and people who were supposed to be unavailable but weren't.

λ: Update: The Thief of Life is Worst At Computer Games
δ: The Maid of Mind Returns From the DMV
ν: The Prince of Time Makes a Call
ν: Breaking News: The Thief of Blood is Worst At Computer Games
and many more. Whew. Didn't even include the entry notes. Maybe later.
(crossover classpects for a fandom that does not exist)
Ciaran: Prince of Blood, Derse dreamer. (He's pretty easy: he fits Prince on both 'could you be more dramatic' and 'walking disaster and arrogant as hell', and his connections to people shape who he is, for bad or for good.)
Finn: Rogue of Life, Derse dreamer. (Rogue was obvious, but I thought of a couple possible Aspects. He could have been Doom, because for all he keeps trying he has no expectation of success. He wishes he was Breath. He could do Heart, but not as well as...
Red: Witch of Heart, Derse dreamer. (Red redefined herself once and is redefining herself again -- and she's capable of more compassion than she usually shows. She's also big on rejecting reality and insisting on her own. Not the only Witch candidate,.)
Gwenaëlle: Seer of Rage, Derse dreamer. (I'm on the fence between Rage and Doom, but I think purple is more her color. She could do Witch, but she also spends a lot of time frozen into passivity, so I think Seer works.)
Roderick: Page of Time, Derse dreamer. Page is obvious; for Time, Roderick would very definitely like to skip to the destination now, no more journey.)
Parry: Knight of Void, Prospit dreamer. (She could have been Life or Breath. In keeping with the tradition of "Knights' Lands kicking them directly in the trauma", she has the Land of Bars and Brambles.)
(I thought about cutting it at just these six, the ones actually hanging around Rhyony. If you want to do that, just stop here, switch Gwenaëlle to Space, and switch Gwenaëlle and Finn to Prospit. But continuing:)
Alinor: Maid of Space, Prospit dreamer. (Wants to build things and be responsible. And she has a nasty streak.)
Tom: Bard of Light, Prospit dreamer. (He's had more good luck than just about anyone else in the present day. As for Bard... well, the whole golden goose saga was one incident after another of ignoring boundaries and embarrassing everyone.)
Ingram: Heir of Hope, Prospit dreamer. (He may not make it as heir, but he's a good fit for Heir. And he tries to hope problems away. --He's also probably having some trouble what with still being pretty new to blindness.)
Elsbet: Sylph of Mind, Prospit dreamer. (Tentatively. We've gotten several different versions of Elsbet which are not entirely consistent with each other. This classpect is based mostly on her getting Jan and Meg thrown into the woods.)
(Alternatively, switch Elsbet for Ulfrun -- Ulfrun would be Sylph of Space, Alinor Maid of Mind. I'd go with Ulfrun if it weren't for the age thing.)
Should such a session occur, I think there'd be a 10% chance it was Isobel accidentally activating something no one thought was actually activate-able, and a 90% chance Gwenchera did it on purpose.
This is hopefully the last one of these for a bit.
Miraculous Ladybug. It's a very unwieldy twenty-person session but I do have an opening for it which I genuinely like.
.
Three thousand years ago, the last holder of the Frog Miraculous poured molten lead over it and cast it into the Aegean Sea.
Three hundred years ago, it resurfaced. A diadem partially covered in lead: how strange.
Thirty years ago there was a fire. The lead melted. The diadem didn't.
Three years ago a diadem entered the questionably legal antiquities market.
Three days ago Chloe Bourgeois accompanied her father to a private auction, and recognized in one of the pieces a certain… something, and simply had to have it.
Three hours ago she put it on.
"Hello," said Croaak.
"Destiny and creation!" said Croaak.
"Oh, well, the Ladybug isn't half bad," said Croaak. "Perfectly respectable. But obviously I'm stronger."
"So the Ladybug is nearby, then? I can detect other Miraculous and holders, that sort of thing, but only once my special ability has been activated -- more of a side effect," said Croaak.
"Do you want to try it out?" said Croaak. "The transformation key is 'log on'."
"The special ability is Genesis."
(In Chloe's defense, none of Paris's other heroes or villains would have anticipated what happened next, either.)
(In Croaak's defense, being at the bottom of the ocean for 2700 years wouldn't do anyone's mental health any good.)
(In Iason of Thebes's defense, he was the sole survivor of a team of twelve, the regional Guardians had been annihilated along with two towns and a temple complex, and Croaak had declared it all a smashing success.)
Marinette: Rogue of Life, Prospit
Adrien: Heir of Heart, Derse
Alya: Witch of Light, Prospit
Nino: Knight of Breath, Derse
Chloe: Queen of Rage, Derse
Kagami: Seer of Time, Derse
Luka: Mage of Space, Prospit
Alix: Scout of Mind, Derse
Kim: Bard of Drive, Prospit
Juleka: Haunt of Blood, Derse
Rose: Sylph of Charm, Prospit
Ivan: Thane of Void, Prospit
Mylene: Maid of Stone, Prospit
Max: Sage of Doom, Derse
Marc: Clerk of Hope, Derse
Nathaniel: Prince of Grief, Derse
Zoe: Pawn of Nerve, Prospit
Sabrina: Page of Fire, Prospit
Lila: Thief of Peace, Prospit
Felix: Ace of Strange, Derse
So, yeah, this is what the Frog Miraculous does. Genesis picks Heroes -- it usually prefers Miraculous holders (including the Frog holder) or at least people who vibe with an available Miraculous, but it can be flexible. If they aren't actually currently holding the Miraculous they're likely not to realize they're being influenced until it's too late to back out. Other kwami tend not to like this very much.
This kind of session does include a built-in way back for Heroes, since if nothing else the Frog needs to get back to Earth so it can do it again! And meteor destruction is regional, not global. And if they get back, Ladybug's Cure should be able to repair everything. So it'll be fine.
I have a couple fairly well-developed ideas percolating I haven't written any narrative for since I don't really have a handle on the character voices
So: Kingdom Hearts.
First, the modest and reasonable scenario.
Canon divergence during Days. It's DiZ's fault. He gets impatient with Namine and Riku dragging their feet over dealing with Xion, and adapts some code (which he really doesn't fully understand) to access a 'world where hearts may be mended and merged' (which he also doesn't understand) where he can send Sora and the Nobody and the shell to recombine. He tricks Roxas and Xion, pressures Namine, misleads Riku, and of course Sora's still helpless. DiZ doesn't plan to get Kairi involved, but Riku gets desperate eventually.

It's a null session; they eventually leave via Dark Corridor.
In the end due to their universe's weird cosmology their worlds are all small enough most of the meteors miss (apart from a small one growing a miniature frog temple on Yen Sid's lawn). Sora's awake and has his memories, and though he doesn't have all his old skills back he has some new ones to make up for it. Roxas and Xion and Namine have their own, stable existences. Riku has at least 95% less Ansem in his head. Kairi can hopesplode things with her mind. Organization 13 is definitely not going to see this coming.
Everyone is still pretty mad at DiZ, though. Gonna be a bit of a headache for Yen Sid, too. And Axel is going to be very confused.
When I get a chance to write it up: The overly ambitious scenario.
