A couple of weeks ago, I went to support my girlfriend @mayaazucena in a musical-theatre production she was starring in. Without doing research on the production, I just bought a ticket cause that’s what friends do. Me and my boy @tompaul6 went to experience the musical and left the theater in complete awe! The opening scene just drew me in and I was part of the story the whole time. I saw myself in the characters and never in a million years thought that I could be so interested in the story of a #BlackCowboy As for Maya, I hope she sees acting as a career cause she was Excellent! I asked her how was she able to play multiple roles so good and have us believe she was a different person each time, she shared that she had to channel all of her characters and take them seriously. I’m so glad she did. I just learned that this is the final week at @59e59 theaters. So if you haven’t had a chance, please go and experience #CrossThatRiver for yourself.
