ROs reaction to getting a daily hug from the MC during the crushing stage? 👀 I'm really curious about Welling's POV during their reunion, especially hugging on the romance path. Thanks ahead of time and hope you're feeling better!

Welling: Hugging when you haven’t seen someone for years is one thing, but the MC continuing them consistently afterwards? Probably initiates half of them themselves.

Venali: Would look at the MC as though they had lost every bit of their mind if they tried.

Trivelyn: Puzzled. For the first few days, few weeks even, their return hugs are very stiff and uncertain.

Em: Would allow the initial hug, but it would be brief. After that, their body language would be unwelcoming to it. Clasped hands, pleasant smile, but still, sharp eyes.

Anle: “Don’t.” Is all they say if the MC approaches them with any intent.

Will it be easy to tell when a RO is crushing and romance stage's

More than likely. Especially since there will be a transition scene where you actually get together with your chosen RO; it won’t just be a sudden thing.

what would the ROs do if in crush stage the MC casually stroked their cheek cause they have a stray eyelash on their face?

Christian: Leans into the touch without a second thought— he knows that he’s married, that you’re his Campaign Manager, but he can’t help melting into your touch. Even if it was just to get a runaway eyelash off his cheek, he’d cherish the moment.

Alcina: Would pull away from the touch. Offering you a soft explanation for doing so— while wiping her cheek to make sure the eyelash was actually off. She doesn’t enjoy random people touching her… it frightens her how much she didn’t mind you doing so.

Stephen: Would grin, crack a horrible joke, and make sure that he would be able to find a way to do it to you back. Even if it meant getting something on your face— like flour— in order for him to wipe it off. It’s all fair game.

Quinn: Rigid. They’d be completely rigid as you wiped the eyelash off. Wouldn’t move for a brief moment after the contact was done, but then they’d snap back into their usual mode of stoicism and business would continue as usual. You’d just notice them softly touching their cheek when they think no one would notice.

Peyton: Pausing, their eyes take in your sweaty form from across the room. A look of surprise appearing in their gaze as they stiffen. "Need a partner?"

Handler: Shifting her gaze from her phone to your form an elegant brow arches. "Put on a shirt, Agent," she murmurs, already turning away from you. "We're not in the Complex anymore."

Benjamin: His knuckles clench around the edges of the book he's clutching to his chest. "O-oh, I didn't k-know you'd be li-like this when yo-you invited m-me here."

Jay: "Well hey there, hotstuff," he calls with a wide grin on his face. His arms crossing over his chest as he cocks his head. "Need a spotter? I'll gladly volunteer if you do."

Callan: His eyes narrow with mock confusion as he leans further against the wall. Hands clenching on his biceps as he observes you. “Do you need something? Or was it you plan to just make an incessantly annoying noise?”

Eirene: Chuckling softly, she gently pokes your abdomen as a warm smile quirks her lips. “Was that really necessary to get my attention? You know simply saying my name works just fine too, right?”

Drake: Jumping slightly at the unexpected noise, and the warm body now standing close to him, he raises his gaze from his phone. Confusion clearly etched onto his features. Trying to ignore the way your closeness affected him. “Yes?”

Natasha: Grinning widely, Natasha bounces in place as she grabs your forearm. Easily flipping your positions as she traps you between herself and the wall. Sparkling blue eyes glinting with varying emotions. “You know I’d have killed ya if I didn’t like ya, sugar.” She leans forward with softening eyes. “Fortunately I do.”

Murphy -

Clenches his teeth so hard you'd swear you heard them creak. Nods distractedly as he tries to look anywhere but at MC, trying to swallow down his intense and inexplicable discomfort at the information. Wants to shut it down and walk away but can't bring himself to dismiss MC when they're waiting for an answer. Mumbles something about them looking good before heading out to his car to grab his emergency cigarettes.

Shae -

Fixes a polite smile in place while desperately trying to ignore the pit that's formed in their stomach at the news. Takes a careful look over MC, both of them surprised when Shae reaches out to adjust MCs hair, a rare moment of brief contact that only makes the pit bigger. "I'm sure they'll be very pleased."

Callie -

Devastated. Her face falls as she swallows down the disappointment that feels like a physical lump in her throat. "I didn't know you liked them..." Wants to flee but knows she can't, MC is her friend and she doesn't want to leave them feeling insecure about themself. Gives a weak smile. "You look amazing."

Toni -

Their easy smile and appraising gaze momentarily freeze in place. They shake it off quickly but something about them feels stiff, unnatural. Runs their eyes over MC again, humming thoughtfully, dragging it out to provoke MCs impatience, seeking the cover of banter before giving their opinion. "You look like a dream come true."

Claude/Claudia -

"Who?" Doesn't try to hide their displeasure, their concern outweighing their jealousy, though not by as much as they'd like. Is absolutely going to dig into the dates background, just to be safe. Their features soften when they realise MC is still waiting for their opinion, letting out a gentle sigh they give MC a reassuring smile, "Anyone would be lucky to have you on their arm."

Raeyna/Raineyr: "Is everything all right, Captain?" They ask with an inquisitive frown pulling at their brow. Green eyes shimmering in the light as they tilt their head. "I'll try to help in whatever way I can."

La’rah/Lo’res: Red eyes narrow as they brusquely move away from you. "I will never understand you humans."

Arlia/Ariyes: "Oh," they reply with a large grin. "Are we holding hands now, Captain?"

Naliyra/Nalieth: A saccharine smile quirks their lips, faintly revealing sharpened canines, as their tail curls around their body. Multi-colored eyes shining with mischief. "If you wanted to hold my hand, kitten, all you had to do was ask."

Vylaria/Vylaris: A gentle smile quirks their lips as they gently pat your shoulder. "I promise that I'm not carrying anything contagious, Captain. There's no need to worry."

Shade: Their helmet clad head tilts to the side as they shift away from you. Gloved hands balling at their sides as an airy chuckle escapes them. "I apologize for touching you, Captain. I'll try to refrain from doing so again."

Android: "Are your faculties in working order, Captain?" She asks in a soft, almost disconnected, voice. "I'm noticing a subtle increase in your heart rate. Are you under duress?"

Aeleanor/Aeson: She appears by your side within a moment of noticing what you’re doing. Her golden gaze staring at you with a quizzical air. “What are you doing?” she asks, her voice tinged with confusion. “I know that rain can be a soothing sight to see, but I didn’t know that it was soothing enough to dance in.”

Elaria/Ezra: His eyes follow your movements with amusement. A small smile appearing on his lips as you continued to dance regardless if anyone could see you or not. Maybe one day you would ask him to join you.

Catherine/Caleb: Confusion sweeps across her face at the sight of you. She couldn’t comprehend the desire to step into a downpour like this one let alone dance in one. Though, she thinks a small smile curling her cheeks, if there was anyone that would surprise her it would be you.

Lydia/Luca: His eyes sweep across your frame in a concerned look. He could see the way your clothes were clinging to your frame, which is something he wouldn’t normally be complaining about but his concern for your safety was tantamount. Sighing he glances towards your dorm building knowing that he would stop by with warm blankets a little bit later. He didn’t want you to get a cold after all. Then he wouldn’t be able to see you for the next couple of days, which is something he didn’t want at all.

Samara/Silas: Easily moving to stand beside you she speaks, a grin already forming on her lips. “Can I have this dance?” Her hand extending towards your form as she does a little half bow. Her grin only widening when she feels your hand slip into hers.

Milena/Maven: Leaning against the side wall, that was shrouded in darkness, Maven could feel his lips twitch up into a grin. The silver of his eyes glowing with a fondness that he had only ever felt for Sayah. It was a surprising change for him but, as he stared at your graceful form, he couldn’t help but think that it wasn’t an unwelcome one.

Natalia/Nikolas: “I have seen many things in my day, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone willingly go into a downpour so they could dance,” Natalia calls out from her spot on the dry lot next to the road. Watching with amusement as your head snapped to the side at the sound of her voice. Your wide eyes reminding her of a deer. “No, please, go on I haven’t been this amused by anything in ages.”

Lauren: The moment she notices you she’s by your side. Her hand coming up to grab your bicep in a surprisingly strong hold and dragging you towards the entrance of your dorm building. Her gaze darkened because of her fury. “Don’t you understand the health risks that arise when you stand in a downpour like this? Let alone dance in one for gods know how long.” An exasperated sigh falls from her lips before she allows her gaze to soften. “Just watch out for yourself, alright? I wouldn’t be able to bear it if you ended up in my infirmary.”

Faolan: Being in his wolf form the rain didn’t bother him that much, but he still didn’t like the feeling of being wet. So when he saw you willingly dancing in the rain, allowing yourself to get soaked, he couldn’t help the amusement that welled up inside of him. The new emotions that you arose in him allowing him the ability to completely forget the rain, and his wet coat, as he watched you dance.

Aidan: “Hey, dumbass, what the hell do you think you’re doing?” Aidan calls from the entrance to the dorm building. His dual colored eyes staring at you with confusion and some anger. “Get the hell inside before you get something.” There was a pause before he quickly continued. “You know so you don’t get me sick.”
